Hey Zach, as someone who also hates cooking and the annoyance of doing the whole "eating every day" thing, I can confidently tell you that chili is so super easy to make, it's very much a "just throw everything in there and let it simmer for 2 hours" kind of dish. You can totally do it! First time I made it I thought I'd messed it up but I just took the lid off n let the water boil down, it's a real forgiving dish
