Thank you for the great pattern and tutorial. I was looking for a tote or bag pattern that I could use for diaper bags. I took your pattern and modified it, made it only 18 inches wide, added full pockets inside and two extra inside on the ends (total 8 pockets). I sewed these for a ministry at my church. We have a 12 week discipleship class for pregnant single mothers. After they complete the classes the ladies at the church help with giving them a baby shower. Our Spring 2024 class is just finishing up. I made a bag for each of the young women.........They are such nice bags; I will be making them again for the fall class..... I am a seasoned sewer and still found this bag a bit difficult, but, as you say, worth it. The instructions were great except that another time I might cut the foam interfacing smaller than indicated. Glad I challenged myself to do it. Would send a photo if I could figure out how 🤔.

This design looks a lot like those Shasta "Canned Ham" campers that are all the rage right now. I think it would be cute to make the outside pockets look like the door/windows on the camper. I am looking forward to making this bag and trying to really get that canned ham camper look. Thank you for this tutorial! I love all of your videos.

I like the idea of folding in the corner start of the binding, trully impressed with that technique.
I love all the ideas of covering the raw edges and , also the ties from the fat quaters to use to cover the raw edges.
