Do you mean AOD (Always on display) because in the video theres no charging animation. you can enable AOD in the settings just search Always on display. some models don't have it I think

same with me, when I want to apply this theme again there is a notification saying that "This theme isn't optimized for your system software, so some parts of it may not look quite right". Maybe the creator hasn't updated this theme yet :)
to uninstall go to home screen, hold your finger to bring up more options, themes/menu/my stuff/themes/default (I used google translate, hope it helps)
