Loving the return of actual colour. White is a bit tedious and hey, it's been going on far too long, along with bog standard neutrals so yay for turquoise, teals, golds and greens. I'm looking at my big plain lounge wall and thinking I could do a faux terrazo effect or, go with a deep turquoise and use my fabulous 70s New Zealand designed lamps that are fabulous colour wise and in style. I often loathe these type of videos but this was really good and I will check out some more of your stuff.
Just watched another interior design trend for 2019 and it was almost the opposite of this list! It stated bright pastels, earthy tones, bold wall paper, statement ceilings, tribal motifs etc. To honest after watching several videos, almost everything is on trend for 2019!

Yuck to the concrete! Reminds me of my parents’ crappy unfinished basement haha. I can get down with the plants though.
MsJujubee3 I agree. Concrete is a no except MAYBE for a countertop. Plants will pull any interior together
A few interesting features, e.g. use of metals to decorate small amounts of wall-space, but most of this was ugly. In my opinion the terrazzo on the walls is horrendous, and why were the decorated spaces so tiny? We're not in boxes yet, nwo.

It's because it's non copyrighted otherwise they'd have to pay royalties to the artist.

but it is in trend ..bcz grey has neutral shade well goes with any pitch of warm colour #tanya decor
I absolutely love it!! In Ghana where I come from poor people don't usually have the finances to paint / decorate their homes so they are left with the se concrete effect. As someone who loves neutrals, the concrete finish says "natural" to me. I think it's very workable with the right furniture, ornaments, lamps, etc.
What the hell happened to good interior design? A trend is not a style.

Ugly and gimmicky, as if people redecorate every year. You want something which is classic and timeless. None of this does that. It’s brash and lacks style
