I've been eye balling a de-coupled arm for a while. Maybe i'll install one after I see how well my LS1 puts power down.

What's better shocks or springs for smoother ride

KYB or Bilstein are going to have the best ride quality.

Curious how coil overs last. I wanted to do coil overs but heard they don’t last long from lots of 3rd gen guys

PENSKE are full race, so they only last about 2-3 race seasons before a rebuild/refresh service is done.
can't say how the other brands last, but I can't imagine they would wear out fast enough to warrant not buying one.

I have owned a lot of cars okay. A lot of makes that were imports and domestics. I'm new to the F body world and what I find shocking is how much makeshift work is done. Nothing fits out the box people are always chopping, welding, bending something into place. I just can't take it this is not supposed to be the norm.

the F-body aftermarket isn't quite as robust as the imports.
      but it's gaining FAST.

that's why I included the budget options.
that and at the time, I made like $15 an hour, anyone can save up and buy a set.
