Ive always played on jackson king v's and loved how fast and thin the necks were, how does it compare? Is the neck thin and fast playing or chunky? Thanks
@@thrashdeath2879 I have played Jackson for many years. I have an RR-1 and a KV-2. The neck on the Solar is very comparable. I have no problem switching back and forth.
Beautiful and an amazing sound
Thinking this may be my first 7 string…
@@Agrindingdeath Thanks! Its my first 7 string! Very nice guitar!🤘
Brutal tone Dan

Thanks! It’s standard tuning. BEADGBE
Did you have to carve some wood to fit EMG 81 to your other Solar? Heard the cavity in Solar guitars is too small for covered/active pickups.
@@A.S.-ty7rv I used a dremmel with a sanding tool to take a little bit out! ruclips.net/video/sXbmICmvS8s/видео.htmlsi=1KzXT7EYtLYzCGo5
@@DanGatesMetal OK. Good to know as I am also thinking going active with my Solar
