Why? He was not 13. He was almost 18. An Adult! &. They killed 10 People! This is a waste of time & money. Because he still has a life sentence in VA. Help someone else who really, really needs a second chance for a new hearing!
pretty sure the va sentence was changed and he can now have parole by like the end of the year or smt, so if the maryland one gets resentenced to allow him to have parole he could be on parole. and considering the laws of the states im pretty sure they have to like give him the opportunity to resentence
i think the like controversy around it was how muhammad SA him and forced him and his life to these killings. He also knew the one thing malvo wanted was to be loved so he used that against him
Malvo needs another 20 years in prison to think about it. Hell, there were kids younger than his age who knew what death is and also knew right from wrong.
Screw that because of these people I was made an example of in Indiana courts for having a clean unregistered AR-15 in my trunk, unloaded. Gave me 8 years for my 1st felony. No juvenile record. These guys did what they did in D.C. just 2 weeks before I got pulled over for not using my turn signal and searched my car in a school zone although it was summer and school was out. Before anyone says it..I couldn't afford a lawyer and the court appointed counsel they gave me worked hand in hand with prosecutors to quote " make an example of me" unquote. I was honestly driving to my buddy's house out in the country to do some target practice. I'd never point a gun at someone unless my life was at stake. Seeing the younger dude/kid get a resentencing blows my mind. Too many died. Make an example of him. Btw the gun was bought from a friend of a friend and at the time my goal was to get it put in my name/registered. I had just bought the gun 1 day prior and wanted to get the scope dialed in. No, I'm not crying about it. I'm just stating that the people that did these shootings should be made an example of no matter of age...I shouldn't have even went to prison let alone get a resentencing. Can't wait to see who trolls me on this post.
Something ain't right with your story.... There's no Registry with firearms. Was it because it was full auto? I'm in Florida & as long as you're not a Felon, you don't register squat!

It was fully automatic but I was not a felon when I was busted with it and being my 1st felony it should have been dropped to the highest misdemeanor it was not as my public pretender and the prosecutor worked together to lock me up.The laws have also changed drastically unfortunately for me in May or June 1st of 2014 the law went from Felony Classes A,B,C,D to Felony Classes 1,2,3,4. Alot of legislation changed with firearm laws in 2014. I got steam rolled as an example as it was prior to 2014. Your very observant. What I did all that time for isn't even law anymore. Kinda like having weed in Indiana. Before if you were caught with anything over 28 grams you were facing time. Now it's just a smack on the knuckles which is a beautiful thing although every surrounding state it is now legal to possess. Indiana will never pass legislation on it. not yet, maybe when he’s reaches near 70 but at this age he’s still a risk to the public and could still possibly have some homicidal tendencies. 20 years for sniping multiple people in broad daylight is a slap on the wrist, spending the majority of his life in prison is the least he could do.
Hopefully they let him out right in your neighborhood, preferably next door to you. Better yet why don't you accept him into your home? I'm sure they'll give you a stipend.

I, Sniper on Vice did a awesome piece on this.. highly recommend and let this kid out.. It's a super wild story that a lot of folks don't know
Propaganda doesn’t justify being involved in 10 murders in such a premeditated sick way. VICE is not FACT nitwit
