  • The suspect, Muhammed Bilal El-Amin, begged deputies to let him go; they soon learned he was wanted for the 1994 homicide of 18 year old Jafferd Tucker in Atlanta.
On Tuesday, sharp-eyes deputies just east of Atlanta, in Oconee County, captured the fugitive during a routine traffic stop.

I knew Jafferd. He dated my best friend back in the 90s, and we had so much fun hanging out together. He was a handsome, talented, and an all-around amazing young man. I will never forget how devastated we were the day he was killed. Each time I go to the Oakland City train station I think of him. Rest in peace Jafferd!

At least NOW he had so much to loose as in Family a son that needs him at an age in life he had property, cars etc so yes he has very much to loose now rather than back way when he killed.and as he will rot in prison it will all play out in his mind

I watched the arrest yesterday and he begged like a dog they wouldn't take him in. As soon as she said he'd just have to get his picture taken and finger printed he knew it was over and he was caught. I figured they had to be suspicious of how desperate he became considering it was a simple traffic violation. So glad they were following the law to the letter and didn't let him walk!!!

Now his expensive braids will be shaved off along with his designer designer clothes , shoes 👞 will have to be swapped for an orange jump suit. I hope he gets the death penalty and as he’s waiting constantly get his behind beat. Period!

That's over 50 years suffering for the sin he committed. 28 years running, afraid your freedom will be lost and another 25 being in jail. It would have been better to turn himself in and do the time. Prisons are terrible places that promote organized crime and violence. If his record has been clean ever since, we have to weigh what the introduction to prison culture is going to do to him and as a result to his community. He should certainly face consequences, it was murder ffs, but we don't even know if it was manslaughter or self-defense because it sounds like he was found guilty in absentia. Seems like exactly the case to reflect on what we're trying to accomplish, rehabilitation or revenge. Would be nice if there was something worse than parole or even a prison system that wasn't as corrupt as the one we have. But here we are.
