Just started healing as holy in ICC and your videos are helping me a lot, thanks ! Few questions : - Do you us circle of healing on cd and who are your main target(s) ? - How do you use "Guardian Spirit" ? I'm running the glyph but I do not feel like i'm using it correctly - Sometimes I feel like i'm just spamming renew without much thinking, how do you know your renew will be effective ?
Glad you find them helpful! I usually use circle of healing on CD esp on melee since it's guarantee to hit max number of people or in combo right after a PoH cast for max burst. I dont use glyph of GS too often except for a few fights like Valithrea, H LK and maybe H Saurfang. A few scenarios when i might use GS: - tank dies and is brezzed - someone doesn't get 3 stacks of spore on festergut - a ranged gets flame orb on council with no soakers - bonespike on healer during bonestorm on marrowgar - on green slime target on putricide if we can't stack in time - on tank during last phase of Sindragosa if tank healer gets unchained/tomb - If i get unchained magic on sindragosa i can freecast out of group and pop it when debuff is about to explode - On valithria I use it at begging of fight on boss, again after first portal, and again after 4th portal w/ lust - on last phase of LK if a cd is needed to soak spirits during last phase With renew it's a great filler spell ill try to maintain on tanks and when i know large damage is coming soon ill roll renews on as many people as i can or if someone tanks a small amt of dmg but isn't in danger. A few scenarios where ill roll renews: - 10-15 seconds before bonestorm on marrowgar - on P2 of deathwhisper ill spam renews on everyone for the aoe frostbolt and ghosts aoe - on bloodboil / marks on saurfang - when green slime is out on putricide - on melee during council for shadow prism / the aoe knockback thing - on icetomb targets during sindragosa intermission - fights like blood queen, festergut and sindragosa itll be the main spell I use when PoM and CoH are on cd Hope that helps!
