I have opened my kit of konica c280 and i am not sure that i closed it confidently causing a crust in 2.5cm near a side of the drum . How can i know that the kit is tightly closed?

Next to the paper pick-up rollers there is an actuator similar to this one: copy-expert.com/pl/searchquery/actuator/1/default/5/url/actuator/f_producer_34/1 Check if he is not going to break or jumped out.
Expected drum life on these models is around 70K (100K for the C253), but the developer life is aruond 150K. For every 2 drums, you should only have to replace the developer once....unless there's a quality issue.

Listwa czyszcząca ma pod spodem foliowe podkładki jeśli je zgubiłeś nie taki będzie efekt.

If after finding 10 copies you find a scattered developer, then you have a problem.
