I replaced new drum unit on bizhub c558 bec it's printing with vertical lines and dark smudges.. After replacing with new drum unit.. The print output still has vertical lines but not as worse as the other. And I notice the new drum unit when I removed it.. Back toner is sticking on the roller. Roller is full of toner. How to fix?
In these copiers, the Transfer Belt Cleaning Unit is very often clogged with toner, so you have to unblock it.

Hello what's the reason for my prints showing white spot in the image when I print on crack and peel paper and when my machine print full speed the tonner not sticking to some of the image spoiling the prints. I installed a new fuser unit recently ( bizhub C454e)
Didn't you know that you need to select different copier settings for such paper? On thick paper, the copier has to copy in a circle and at a higher temperature. Read the copier instruction manual - = it is described in great detail and will help you.

There are several reasons why M600 series printers display input jam 13.A2.D2 i.e. rollers worn, pick-up drive assembly damaged (as the most common), but the least obvious is
broken / missing mechanism transmitting the drive to the pickup roller, i.e. the toothed wheel between the pickup roller and the pre-pickup roller. This gear is not available alone however is included on the paper feed shaft assembly RM1-8424.
