Yes, It was really super helpfull conserning error C2557. But surprise: my other error C5351, off and on, was actually a fan error. It turned out to be the dust-filter made of foam-plastic of the second fan, whitch was desintegrated and blocked this fan (hard to reach) in the rear. Thanxs tou your dust-filter-cleaning-video, I started looking for all those filters. My machine is not the same, but it led me to search better. I discovered a strange noise in the back, and there it was. Fortunately it was not broken electronics, or something soft ware, but a technical defect that was easy to fix !!
This is a very interesting problem. Thank you for describing it here because I did not know that there could be such a problem with the vet fan. I hope that others will also read this text and repair your copier without wasting time. Greetings.
My copier is from 2016. The seller doesn't service the device anymore. So now I try to do this myself as an amateur. Your instruction was a great help, surely also to show the developer bag (codes). Merging the parts again was not shown clearly, so i used: ruclips.net/video/n5trvC5liDM/видео.html. Merging was shown much better here. Next to it, you forgot to show cleaning the filter on the unit. So I got Error code C5351. But after cleaning this filter, I hope the problems are and stay over. Thanx, and keep doing this!! :-)

I don't have a video about it but you have a problem with the Imaging Unit. Have you repaired this module? If so then something is wrong.

The solenoid is the sticking solenoid from the toner dispensing. You need to remove the adhesive sponge and stick a piece of tape or make another pad in this place.
