    Ingredients:
    Arvi (Taro Root)
    Masoor Dal (Red Lentils)
    Onions
    Tomatoes
    Garlic
    Ginger
    Green Chilies
    Turmeric Powder
    Cumin Seeds
    Coriander Powder
    Garam Masala
    Fresh Coriander Leaves
    Salt
    Oil
    Water
    Instructions:
    Start by washing and peeling the Arvi (Taro Root), then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
    Rinse the Masoor Dal (Red Lentils) thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes.
    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
    Add finely chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
    Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
    Now, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
    Add the soaked Masoor Dal and chopped Arvi (Taro Root). Stir to combine.
    Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Once boiling, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the Arvi (Taro Root) and Masoor Dal are cooked through and tender.
    Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
