Are you tired of taking NSAIDs like Ibuprofen and Diclofenac for pain relief? A 2019 study showed that turmeric extract helped to reduce pain. But the researchers used a high dose of turmeric extract that you won't get by eating turmeric powder.

here's a few tips to try
Test out a natural remedies for plantar foot. Something as simple as ginger root, which can be found at your local grocery shop, is a good anti-inflammatory. Ginger root is in a group of plants known as Cox inhibitors. That means they prevent inflammation naturally.
Another natural remedy for pain is Bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapples. If you drink the raw juice or eat raw pineapple, you can gt advantage from the natural pain relief of Bromelain. This is natural healing at its very best.

Great video I have been having foot pain for a few weeks now and was really starting to think it was plantar fasciitis but doing your tests I don't have pain so now I'm a little lost. Stretching does seem to help but by no means eliminate the pain and it seems to get worse as the day goes on. I'm on my feet 10-12hrs a day on hard surfaces at work with dress shoes(I've tried several fancy/expensive good for you feet shoes with no luck) I guess its time to start looking for other causes of the foot pain.

At the fascia isn’t a muscle, you can do SMR self myofasical release by using a tennis ball or a hard ball and roll on it. When you find a trigger point start rolling on that area for 30-45 seconds

How bad is the pain from this. From just am 8 hour shift the heels of both of my feet are in excruciating pain. Like 10/10 pain. I understand that you're going to experience some feet discomfort from standing for 8 hours but after about hour 3 the pain is rediculously unbearable. Even after taking 1000 mg of Tylenol it doesn't reduce the pain at all. The pain is in the heel of my feet, not just one or the other but both feet. The pain gets better if I'm able to walk but absolutely nothing helps when I'm standing there at the assembly line. Not even those expensive Dr shools inserts. It's crazy and makes it so hard to finish each day of work. I am 35 years old and shouldn't be in this much pain from just an 8hr work day. The pain goes away at break but returns within 10 minutes of going back out on the floor and working again. Sometimes the pain can go up into my kneecaps as well. It sucks so bad but my 3 kids need to eat. I have no choice as a single father.
I tested positive in both feet for the 1st and 3rd test. Anything I can do or take to help with this until I can get to a foot doctor sometime? I also get pain all the way up to my kneecaps on the outer sides of both knees. It sucks. And hurts so bad at work.

I have clubfoot. And this always happen since i was small. And i even have calluses at far right (below the pinky toe) (right foot). All my weight focus on that area also it bend to the side, i did a reconstructed clubfoot but it comes back again. My calf also too small because i lack of the ankle flexion.
As my left foot, i have flat foot mix with clubfoot but it isnt as bad as the right one, However, i lost all the flexion for my left. I cant even flex the ankle or all my toes except he big toe.

So walking barefoot is the waz to strengtenth the feet. I also created flip flops with pebbbles on top that simulate barefoot walking so you can also use these. If zou need more detailed info zou can talk with our orthoped!

Do you have high arch feet ?I have the same issues as you. Do you get swelling of your feet and legs? Are the veins in your legs obvious?

I did the laying down leg press for the first time and since then I’ve had pain in my heel on the inner part .. I also get leg pain after jogging for 15 minutes and it effects the left front side of lower leg . I used to be able to jog up to three miles non stop prior to this . I feel helpless now and I’ve even gained some weight because I’m so limited to what I can do now during a workout . . I’ve gone to the chiro no help only temporarily. I don’t know what to do anymore.

I have the same problem. I used to be very active like house chores and i like to walk in the morning then my heel started to hurt. After more than a year of suffering i had the surgery just 2 days ago. And i am really hoping for the best and eventually back to normal.

Is it a sign of high uric acid? Or gout?

What if when I push my toe upwards the plantar fascia doesn’t get tight? Could that be a sign it’s damaged?

I was told by a doctor I have this condition it’s so painful in both feet on the bottoms of my heels but more so either side of my achilles tendon and it can throb and ache so much at nighttime it’s almost brought me to tears, do you think it could be something else, if I poke about like you suggest on this video it’s not really that painful and if I pull my toes up it relives the pain?? Any help be most appreciated kind regards lee

Hey, I created flip flops with pebbles that massage your feet. If zou are willing to test them and document the journey... I would send them to you just for production costs? So if it helps i have documented that it work and if not you get cheap flip flops :) Let me know
