Liking and subscribing would be nice if you enjoyed the video. Thanks everyone
Too Late, Already Subscribed and Liked before I even Watched it!
Bet you did a Great Job!
Edit: You did. Loved it. Don't regret Liking it and Being Subscribed.
You are a cool guy
Thanking your staff would be nice too~
Omg Inter realm Journeys doesnt exist anymore XD
@@FelixArgyleAUS Dont do that. I guarantee he does in private. Plus even if he doesnt thats not your job to tell him to
Set Raid an impossible challenge to complete before they can sponsor you, they do it to their players enough
Lol
Hehehe
all he has to do is tell them to pay him, they claim they never do afterall
have them make a code to see the reach. lol. that would be funny.
Browsing through products... lets be real, the process is browse through all the cool things you could get and then end up buying more dice. Its the same with guitar picks
That’s an offensively accurate stereotype!
Or just more paintable characters
Hey don't call me out like that man
@@darthjarjar6788 that you will never get to completely painting before you buy more
Raid would probably pay you a LOT so go for it if it’s enough 😂

Raid shadow Legends is a more powerful being than the Tarrasque.
I mean...realistically speaking the tarrasque would be a surprisingly minor threat in the real world and most small businesses would be able to convert enough assets to weaponry and personnel to take it down, think the real world equivalent of the various iterations of the "a group of archers on flying carpets" tactic: it's got no ranged options and a dude on a bicycle can keep ahead of it all day long.
we're kinda REALLY well set up to spot it and organize a reaction in almost every area there is a human presence and your average NRA member has enough firepower on hand to send it back to a regeneration phase, let alone a decent sized community.
though actually killing it for good would be just as impossible here as in fantasy...I mean, you could _try_ nuking it and/or other high-energy options but somehow I doubt that'd work if casting a Wish spell on it's "corpse" only slows the thing down.
it also wouldn't be quite as simple as I'm making it out to be simply due to the terror aura affecting basically 100% of the population, from a by-the-numbers point of view I'd give it absolutely horrible odds of even reaching a normal sized town but the collateral damage from people freaking out due to being within 50 *_MILES_* of the thing would be pretty horrifying in any major population center.
@@evernewb2073 are you forgetting that ranged attack simply bounce off the tarasque?
@@jamieadams2589 you're thinking of beam (and cone?) spells.
one of the cheapest and least requirement-intensive ways to kill the thing is literally just to kite it, get everyone capable of making a ranged attack that it doesn't completely ignore or reflect and get them a movement method that outpaces it, the faster the better and the more the better, you can theoretically "kill" the thing perfectly safely over the course of a week with a small army of level 1 ranged classes on whatever mounts you can get ahold of, with an extreem preference towards damage per shot.
obviously the odds and progress rate go up drastically as your chance to damage it stops being a particularly nice crit and you're no longer constantly failing saves against it's friggin 100 _mile_ wide fear aura but you do get a stacking bonus to resist those from prolonged exposure so almost anyone will eventually be able to function.
inotherwords not only would a real-world community be able to take the thing in a numbers game any sizeable town in a D&D setting should actually give it a run for it's money if they are prepared...it's honestly just not a versatile enough critter to be a true threat in and of itself which kinda fits thematically since it really is just a big dumb monster, albeit an utterly and completely unkillable one, seriously, entire pantheons of gods have tried and failed to put it down for good dismemberment and a wish spell is pretty much just a lullaby to the damned thing...as far as I know about the only thing that hasn't been tried is to get Ao itself to do the job.
in mechanics terms it is more meant to be a serious obstacle that is way to hard to actually take out when you're trying to deal with something _else_ than to be an end-boss encounter.
@@jamieadams2589 seriously, that fear aura would be utterly horrifying in a dense population center (try looking up evacuations of major cities, they...don't exactly work, at all).
while the monster itself would be a...I was gonna say "a headache for insurance companies" but those bleeps would absolutely LOVE having something like that around.
it's a lot of property damage but way less than a fire, flood, major storm, or earthquake...heck, an unexpected freeze might hit a farming community harder than that thing.
Well yeah, it's a Lovecraftian creature.
Character idea: Warforged Artificer who has trust issues, and believes that only his own creations can be trusted.
I think Fallout did this
An artificer with a mechanical stomach, he stores his creations by swallowing them
AKA every introverted warforged I DM
@@icegod4849 yes, in the campaign I'm playing rn I'm a homebrewed slime monk he is a glutton who only cares about food, he is the most physically capable person in the party until he jumped through a collapsing portal😅. Now I'm playing a homebrewed fighter who conjures weapons, he is a chef who enjoys making the best and worst food.
A bit of backstory for this character seeing as some people like this idea: He was awakened in a testing laboratory, and assisted his master in running tests on children. When his master was finally arrested, he was freed into the world, and saw how life should be. He then chose never place trust within a mortal again, for his own sake.
Please just meme Raid Shadow Legends
Don't forget Runesmith (Stibble's Codex, and Seeker's Guide on kickstarter) and MCDM (Strongholds and Followers, Arcadia magazine, and Kingdoms and Warfare on its way).
as a forever DM I can't exactly say I'm happy with the claim that replacing DMs with AI is an improvement
2:35: Tell them to roll for persuasion
Yes

*YES*
YYYEEESSS

I am fully aware that I'm a dice goblin. *But* I am discerning with dice buys. I only used to buy Chessex and/or WizKids dice (or the occasional gift of a custom set off Etsy for friends) because I know those die are balanced (still haven't wanted to invest the money into *wooden* die because I just have trouble believing that will roll true). I actually did cheap out (before 2020) and buy two packs of like 7 sets of dice-basically one of those big bags you can get that are dragon themed or whatever off of Amazon. Don't do that. Out of both sets, so fourteen d6, all but like five were loaded high. I spent an entire day hucking dice to get 100 rolls per dice and then did the math. They weren't loaded in a deliberate way, I just believe they are made cheaply. The one that actually has a brand/website had four of their 6d roll true in my 100 roll test. The no-name brand just was cheap. And you can tell if you've bought custom dice or just only ever gotten Chessex/WizKids. So if you're a dice addict and are your irl's Forever DM, don't buy off of cheap places and be careful with Amazon-but that's just me being biased because I've gotten knockoffs and fakes from everything to a headset to a mic cover.
I'm personally impressed with Easyroller. I like that they picked up the torch from the now lost Third-Die gaming (my family's personal dice bags all came from there and I was heartbroken to find out they're gone) with standing bags. I like like that they sell metal and stone dice and have deals. I have yet to own a metal set but that has more to do with my fear of quality control and ending up with loaded/useless dice than a lack of interest.
Dude no one will read that 1000 word paragraph if they once see the length there not even gonna begin to read it.
I just have a bulk of second hand casino dice if I'm going for balanced, they're not overly expensive per-die at like 1 buck per and are as balanced as possible. I don't run D20, I run the ol' WEG D6 system, and am creating my own system with inspiration from it, so I just need a dozen D6 or so. I also bought all my players a set of 10 D6 made of bone because I thought they were really neat and sometimes ya just gotta get the cool bits even if they aren't balanced.
I like online D&D, but using dice, minis, and actual maps and grids just has such a nice aesthetic :) nothing is more satisfying than finishing painting your new mini lol
"forgot 'The Runesmith's' stuff"

Yes this is witchcraft
No I won't give you my soul
Maybe I will take yours
Yes this isn't possible
No I won't stop warping time to do this
acc- wait a minute i've already said this
Okay, Easy Roller Dice imo falls more into the "hobby store" category than the "DnD Product" category. It's been around long before DnD became culturally relevant, and it will probably be around after
If you get sponsored by Raid I'm going to die laughing, do itttt
"I cast conjure elemental"
"3rd time you can't do that"
I'm interested in seeing how you would make all these anime items full power possible

I remember a website to buy scented candles and the like for RPG playing ambience. This video reminded me of that
You should give more detail about your Anime into Dnd stuff, I’m interested but would like to know more about the things I want to buy
Man I got an ad for RAID right after you talked about whether or not you should respond to them. Is this a sign?
same
Personally when air play online I use google sheets. It’s a grid that you can use to make a map plus you can share the sheet with other plays so they can easily move their characters around. Now given players are going to be represented by letter but it still works well, plus no learning required
I like dice. Especially ones with strange numbers of sides.
Dnd online is very good, makes you feel less nervous and I feel people RP more as noone can see them
I personally use a vr app called tavern tales and can use all the minis ever thought and terrain with no gravity so you can make anything lol
Ita just way easier and has helped me learn to dm well
Dude, take the RSL money! Nobody will judge, everyone will just skip that section of video.
_Do iiit_
Having the power to eat unhealthy amount of cereal! Sweet!
Being a dice goblin is less a hobby and more a style of life
“Furries and cute birbs”
*you called?*
Humblewood is great. I'm in a game in that world on Friday, and the DM has been adding Griffon Saddlebag items to it.
If you ever do a video like this again, may I recommend checking out Mage Hand Press. Bunch of really good Homebrew classes
My favorite D&D product I have is my phone case that says “The Dice Giveth and the Dice Taketh Away”
Blaine: Installing a TV into your table has never been easier
Me: say wht
If they still reach out say yes. See if they can make you a champion in game. Might actually download it if you appear in game
If your dnd map ever rips just say the BBEG ripped the world in half
Seeing Raid Add after this video is pure gold.
If anyone is looking for some extra monsters in their games, i reccomend checking out the Tome of Beasts and the Creature Codex from Kobold Press. Kobold Press does a lot of D&D supplements stuff, but their monster manuals are very good. I have the Creature Codex and there is a lot of really cool stuff in there! Kobold Press does other stuff like modules and added spells, but i haven't checked those out.
Kobold Press is high quality
2:22
That’s a feckin pistachio
One raid shadow legends video so you can cross that of the bucket list sounds funn in a way :D
In Australia the pandemic is mostly over and I can and do play in multiple real world dnd games
You know what you should do with that Raid: Shadow Legends sponsorship? Pretend like you've got a sponsorship for some fake company, maybe something called "Abjurant Dice", then bust in with Raid: Shadow Legends ads throughout the video. Then, at the end, you might want to clarify that the video was sponsored and give a description of the game, just to make the sponsors happy.
While that would be great, raid has some rules where you have to start the ad within the first thirty seconds. They may have change that rule, but very unlikely.
👏Blaine👏Simple👏Raid👏Shadow👏Legends👏Sponsorship👏
Respond to Raid shadow legends like a confused grandmother
I think I prefer The Deck of Many Things over Hitpoint Press. The Deck of Many Things is more iconic and rolls off the tongue better.
Thanks for posting! your content is pretty awesome.
Gotta love the Konosuba Music
Nice Sucrose chrome theme.
Sure, I play all my games online but. Cool looking dice are still cool looking dice dammit! And with the right group, the anticipation of having people roll irl, calculate the result and only then tell you rather than it just immediately showing up fully wrapped on a dice rolling app... That can really be something else, and add some nice tension. Again, with the right group, which I happen to have.
1:52 me hudled in a corner with my dice "I just like dice"
"Installing a television into your table has never been easier"
Really?
Some of us like actual maps and character sheets
You should stat up raid as a sentient item controlled d&d evil organization then run your party against it and see how long it takes for them to notice. Use the characters as the minibosses and stuff.
Yeah we're playing Online more than IRL, that doesn't mean we prefer to
If the next episode isn't interupted by "this video is brought to you by Raid Shadow Legends" I am unsubscribing
let Raid sponsor you. FOR THE MEMES!!!!
I use the melee mat you showed.
*raid shadow legends* huh🤔
Maybe if you can get ingrid and akita to voice it, go for it👍
I love your stuff and I wan't your "fullmetal alchemist" into dnd pack but I don't have the ca$h
Same
same
Key way online is better [atleast for me].
You can play with friends all the way from Canada and England.
D&D is cool, but have you heard of RAIDS HADOW LEGENS
Respond to Raid
For the MEME
Take raid for as much as possible, big B
i am presenting here Mage Hand Press who also do alot of homebrew like spells, classes, feats, items (mundane and magical), races and things like rules for your own Tuckers Kobolds, a magical pub crawl or playing a sport called siege ball
the Complete Classes and some others are paid but you can acquire cut back versions for free (i personally recommend looking up the Warmage and the Craftsman classes both free and paid) and then most of the stuff is free
Raid shadow legends is mentioned everywhere. It’s truly a great game. 10/10, absolutely nothing sketchy, deserves the game of the year award.

Love my Dice Roller holder/tray
it is by meme law any major Chanel must be sponsored by Raid at one point or another
I have 38d6 dies and a full dice set, trust me, I’m looking for more 😃
Blaine, hear me out. Roll20 is cool and all, but it has the problem of being restrictive, rigid and hard to learn. DND after all is about imagination, at least to me, so i feel like a website which only has a certain amount of functions restrictive.
That, is why non-internet DND is better. The freedom and easiness to learn is amazing. Especially considering dnd is a concept more then it is a set of rules, because the rules are just guidelines and because of rule 0.
I know a lot of folks like roll20 for how accessible it is for players who are new to the online dnd scene but I feel like Foundry VTT is better in a lot of ways even though it's still not in 1.0 yet. The only real downside is setting it up can be daunting for those who aren't technologically inclined due to the person hosting the software having to port forward but once you get past that initial bump it's roll20 without the jankiness and more feature rich.
Ayy Blaine, you should do that Raid sponsorship. Like other said before, they pay well, and for next to nothing. You can also meme it up like other chanels have done.
You said hard G gif. Unsubbed. (Trollololololololololololololololol Pineapple also goes on pizza, the dress is blue (daba dee daba doo), something something moon landings and jetfuel!)
In person d&d is best
Yes. DO IT FOR THE MEME! Get sponsored by Raid Shadow Legends.
Also: do a video on D&D minis.
you should get that sponsorship by RAID SHADOW LEGENDS
Damn he didn't even talked about Runesmith or nerdarchy's products. Blaine is a corporate shill!!
Nerdarchy royally fucked over a D&D webcomic artist, Bunboi by constantly cropping out their name from the comic and tweeting it. I HIGHLY suggest you look up Bunboi's post on r/dnd for his post explaining their repeated bullshit.
Miniatures? I just use chess pieces and say they represent a certain monster.
one time i had a dice that killed my character so i threw it into a river lol
Yes do it for the meme
Have you checked out Don't Stop Thinking's DND custom stuff?
Actually, I play DND hybrid: We sit together, but do everything on our laptops XD
I wish i jd the 5$ a month to get your hb. Dnd beyond and roll 20 helped me get into dnd without breaking my wallets kneecaps
AI Dungeon Masters will only work if they allow the rule of cool, otherwise they will be rule lawyers and that sounds bad
We need the math rocks
First
Ok
My sister has the gold and bluey purpulish wizard dice and they actually do look pretty nice in person but the pictures of them are not appealing
Yes Raid shadow legend
I love the game
And the memes
🥰🥰🥰💙👍
5:49 I should just make a site called "Wolf's Forge" and sell dice sets and swords. lol
Why buy anything online when EB games has it all for you?
If you not in western australia your screwed.
beware the AI Dungeon....dear lord that thing can go off on a tangent. ask an npc where they came from, spawn horde of zombies and orcs in a non-fantasy story.
Dread it... run from it... Raid Shadow Legends arrives all the same.
Check out 1985 games they have some pretty cool stuff
For real life dnd
My opinion on your D&D products is...
I play and run the D6 system instead for many reasons.
Is there a book of catches like the Ring of invincibility that only it is Invincible I want a book with items like that
Thirty-sixth
if you wanna be a cool dm. Do your reading and research use some imagination. Have plenty of dice.
I say take the offer from Raid, money is money, and it'd be funny if you first dislike them and then get sponsored by them
As he said why spend money on battle maps I got an ad telling me to buy their $39 battlemaps XD
totally do the raid shadow legends thing
more money is always good and it's not like they are an evil company or anything, lol
Read it as "Browsing through DND Podcasts"
