Beautiful pottery! Great video. So suspenseful watching you drive over there! I am the same way when I think I passed something great up. I am always amazed when the pottery is in such good condition after being donated. Thanks for sharing all the info on your haul.
I love the stapler you found! I am the same way with vintage office supplies, waiting for the day that I find a large tape dispenser! So happy that the Heath pieces were still available. They were meant to be yours, that's why they were moved! So no one else would see them!
So glad you got the Heath! I was holding my breath. Quimper is pronounced "Kahm-pear" I love Merrells, used to wear the clogs all the time, hope the ones you got fit you. Have a great trip, drive safe!
Put masking tape on the glass in 3 directions and bubble wrap it really good...cushion the box and fill in empty spaces with paper, cut up paper towels core, etc. Seal the box up to ship!
After watching flatware Friday, when I think you mentioned to be on the look out for all things Ralph Lauren, I found a Ralph Lauren highball tumbler glass at my local thrift store! I almost didn’t notice the signature. I just thought it looked and felt high end. I was very happy to find it!
I have sold the popcorn maker before, good find. Make sure you are careful picking up the coffee maker, one of them has a recall. So glad you got the Heath ❤️🔥👩🌾
Yes i hope we don't unload the popcorn maker and find out it's used! LOL. It's happened. And good to know about the coffee maker. I realized I said Alarm Clock in the video but I meant clock radio. Thanks!
Your bins are amazing. I hate when I realize I left something great behind. It’s usually gone when I go back. I’m glad you were able to find your ladle.
We have the same taste. Said that before, but the LOTTO game because of the ephemera, 1000%, if nothing else! The Heath is lovely. The cards! I sold a Tiki Whiskey tumbler this morning. In the 60’s I had my bedroom Tiki themed for a hot minute, and still love the vibe. My Flower Child esthetic soon kicked the tiki to the curb. OFFICE STUFF! Omg…most of mine is deliciously ugly tans or chipped metal. I love it. It’s painful how much I love the vintage stuff. I’m sitting on a turquoise couch from Joybird as an almost 70 year old, so you get my drift. Lol Safe travels!
yes we do get drawn to the same things!! I had a mid century turquoise couch i moved here with but soon had to trade in for something more comfortable for everyone. Lots of couch sitting during the pandemic!! Thanks!
In regard to the tiki cards... People collect vintage playing cards...and yours is sealed so it's a big plus...and the tiki motif! I would probably try and auction them first to test the waters, starting at $30. "Vintage Tiki"...If no takers, I would list them for $35 and wait. They will be gone by Christmas. ♥
Great video! I'm very lucky that no one around here knows the worth of Heath Ceramics, even estate sale companies. I do not find it often, but when I do it is never marked up. I once found mugs for ten cents. Just a few weeks ago I found a stack of 6 Dinner plates for $5. for the entire stack! I have a much harder time finding Holly Yashi, but again, never marked up. Both companies are produced in California, and that is where I live.
That's so interesting that you're in CA and they don't know. When we lived in WA, Starbucks stuff was always marked up even if it wasn't worth anything, lol and here in MT...cowboy boots are marked up even though they're a dime a dozen.
When I first thought they were gone I thought someone did exactly that. Someone will probably snag the bowls on 1/2 off day...there are a several throughout the week...so this thrift prices things high so they end up getting what they wanted to begin with.
It’s all good. 💛 Can’t win ‘em all. I was at the store the other day day and didn’t see them. Hope they get enjoyed or maybe another reseller can profit!

So true!! Especially when stuff comes out on the floor in those big bins!
Pippi!! OMG. She was my hero when I was a kid. ❤❤ I read those books so many times!
Such good books!!! So funny.

Moved to such a strange place that I almost missed them too, lol.
Oh so funny! I love staplers too! I have too many but I don’t care 😂
@@Vintagerous yay for vintage office supplies!
Love your videos. Always learn about things to look for. Thank you!!
Thank you! 😊
Thank you for the Heath info... and the rainbow!
You are so welcome!
So glad you got the Heath! I was holding my breath. Quimper is pronounced "Kahm-pear" I love Merrells, used to wear the clogs all the time, hope the ones you got fit you. Have a great trip, drive safe!
Thanks! Love the Merrell clogs too!
Wow, you kept the tension building for a full 5 minutes! I know I could have skipped ahead but that was fun. Glad you found your pieces! 🙂
Thanks!
I absolutely love your very informative videos. Thank you!
I'm so glad! Thank you!
So happy the pieces were still there for you!
Thank you! Me too- can’t believe I almost missed them 😊😂

I hate when I second guess myself. Great finds again! Working on my death pile instead of thrifting which is soooo hard not to do,
I know it's hard!! I have no business thrifting this next week on our trip...but..but....NEW to me thrift stores!! I have to!! lol
I picked up a beautiful wool tie for a $1 thanks to you and sold it in just a couple of weeks. Took an offer for $20.
Good time of year for listing wool ties! Congrats!

Ooh is it a Glen Plaid one? I’m always looking for those! 😊
@@pishposhreselling no it was the herringbone pattern. Not quite as good but I’m happy with $1.00 into maybe $25.00.
Was it a double rainbow? It looked like there was a faint rainbow above the vibrant one.
Yes i couldn't see it at the time but it showed up in the video!!

Oh those "if only" moments are hard aren't they? lol but, when they work out...what fun! ty
I’m so restless while the store is closed and I can’t do anything about it 😂😂
I’ve been busy listing an entire Fenton Handpainted bell collection. One is uranium glass.
Ooh nice! Lots of Fenton collectors!
Your bins are amazing. I hate when I realize I left something great behind. It’s usually gone when I go back. I’m glad you were able to find your ladle.
I only had hopes because the price was high….i have missed out on plenty of things in the past. 😂😂

Hippos are having a pop culture moment!!!
Yup! The house hippo!

Yes for sure! I researched a bunch for my playing card video so I’m always looking! Theme definitely helps too!
@@pishposhreselling Oh, I'll have to go back and watch that video!

Yay!!

Prices go up- but reality is that selling prices will to eventually. I still get excited on the fifty cent finds!! Just not as many as before
Great video. Love Heath ceramics! Safe trip :)
Thank you!!
You find the neatest things.
It’s always an adventure!
What will you do about the price stickers on the Lord Baltimore cards? Such a pain on some surfaces!
Easy peasy! We use this: amzn.to/3XJYGFx I have removed tons of stickers from sewing patterns! #ad
I just ran across your channel, so I don't know your philosophy. You are planning on selling the ladle and pitcher separately?
Yes. Buyer would probably need one and not the other.
How do you ship framed needlepoint framed with glass? I too like to buy and sell it.
I will add it to Mr Pish Posh’s list of videos to make 😊
Surely no one paid their ridiculous prices. Thrift stores will continue charging these offensive prices if we keep paying them as if it’s ok
When I first thought they were gone I thought someone did exactly that. Someone will probably snag the bowls on 1/2 off day...there are a several throughout the week...so this thrift prices things high so they end up getting what they wanted to begin with.
Do you have an adult child that can run over there on 1/2 price day? Or a good friend who enjoys thrifting?
It’s all good. 💛 Can’t win ‘em all. I was at the store the other day day and didn’t see them. Hope they get enjoyed or maybe another reseller can profit!
your thrift store is a terrible sticker waster.
No joke! 😂 Too many people swapping I guess
