Have yet to pick myself up a 1/4 scale, those boxes seriously scare me lmao update : (I have now obtained a 1/4 scale, Kango Aika to be precise and even though she is kneeling...I now use her box as a small shelf in my collection lmao)
To be honest I can't say I'll ever hop on the 1/4 hype, boxes & a standing up 1/4 take up a ridiculous amount of space, so if you don't have a designated 1/4 spot it's a pain to go thru modding a detolf for it. I ended up selling my first 1/4 lol

I also just received my bare leg Revy! Sooo happy she got released as her tights ver. was a grail of mine, love the dynamic pose, the accessories and tattoos! Definitely one of my favourite Freeing bunnies as a black lagoon fan...If they ever brought out a Balalaika bunny I'd simply pass away.

Congrats! Mine arrived a couple of weeks ago too. My hack on bunnies recently is to buy em off GSC if the bunny price is not discounted at AmiAmi. I’ve noted that EMS to where i am is about 6000-ish JPY per bunny, so even if GSC doesn’t have a discount but is still cheaper w/ shipping - a no brainer! But yeah, GSC purchases are non-cancellable which is risky, in case you change your mind. Back to Revy, mine is still in her box as I need to make space. Which is a nightmare. Looking forward to your other vids!😊

Bought an Okita Souji Alter from amiami and the box was also huge. But then Amiami proceeded to put it in an amiami box twice its size 😅 I was happy though as somehow UK Customs did not charge me! That figure looks so nice! Personally have not dip my feet on B style yet. Low key was interested with the New Jersey B style 1/4 but unfortunately her p.o.'s are full

I recently received the maid lucie 1/4 bunny, the maid hotaro or hotaru 1/4 bunny, the C.C. 1/4 bunny, the yuka 1/5 bunny, hiyori 1/4 bunny, and the mama yuuko 1/4 bunny. It still surprises me how big the 1/4 bunnies are even though I have so many. I will put revy with the other bunnies with weapons specifically with guns.
I've ordered Revy Bunny from a local store, so I'll be getting her at a later time. At the time, I wasn't sure if I wanted to order her from AmiAmi or GSC. This was back in Feburary and Aus still didn't have EMS back yet. So I thought to myself, if I order from AmiAmi, it will definitely get DHL'ed and if I get from GSC, it would get held at their warehouse until EMS ressumes. So instead of those two, I placed my order with Akimomo for $329 AUD. Fast forward to late July, EMS ressumes between Japan and Aus and the Yen exchange rate is really favourable. If I were to redo this decision, I'd probably order from GSC for that flat rate shipping fee.
Revy is such an iconic character. I picked up her 20th aniversary figure by medicos which is fantastic in my eyes. I'm afraid I wont get the bunny since when I buy one I'll probably have to buy more bunnys XD

What do you mean by "normal versions"? Bareleg vs tights or what? Everything's getting expensive and most figures even rereleases will have much higher price than a few years back
Given the dimension of the box, being more cubish than long, there really was only a few possibilities. There is Revy, Jibril, Milim, Stephine and the two To Love Ru in the last 3 month or so, in order of my preference. Jibril is only 2nd because I have, IMO, a better version of her already, otherwise she'd be first. This Revy is something I've considered buying but ultimately didn't as I don't like Revy quite enough to justify the bunny price or finding a location to place her.... Space is becoming a serious issue. On another note, I have a pair of Chika&Kaguya key chain too. I actually use the Chika one daily. Not those ones, I've not the foggiest clue who made them, I bought them at a con. There are some amazing artworks in cons....
She looks like an excellently rendered figure especially with the dynamism as you mention, but I've sadly no real estate for her to occupy! Not knowing anything about this character besides her being an obvious action girl, I'd say her look is inspired by an anime rendition of Lara Croft with her dual pistols, large ponytail, and.... generous endowments. 😏
I know right! I was so shocked when my payment request was 50k yen to ship with DHL!! Lol for some reason EMS wasn’t so bad, it was 9k yen. I ended up paying $254 in total for Remy 😂😅
