keep up the good work, lots of top teams, close racing, competitive classes, can't find that anywhere else.

Cool video but why is the merger being brought up 4 years after it happened?

      5allum good question

It’s the latest innovation in home video. What was happening then has already happened now. You’re looking at THEN now, but NOW is four years into the future.

Someone just found a leftover video from IMSA archive and decided to upload it in... freaking 2018!

Best sports car racing series on earth. Better than the WEC in my opinion

      I wouldn´t say so.

In publicity and PR, WEC did a better job than IMSA. But IMSA had better racing on it, close racing even chances of Photo finish were biger in IMSA rather than WEC.

Keep doing your thing IMSA. I miss ALMS and GrandAm so much, but I can't complain with the fantastic broadcast and hosting you guys have established

I remember being at SEMA in the offseason period right before the first "merged" season started. I talked to one of the upper tier guys from Grand Am for approx 1hr. I have to say, everything that seemed to be the internal vision for the "USCC/Tudor" series at the time, has evolved very much on par with what we talked about then. As an ALMS fan from start to finish, I was cautiously optimistic, wanting the series to grow, and I have to say...the merger has been good...very good so far. To have such a full and very legit feeling P class, combined with a strong GT class that ALMS always managed to keep; then this GTD category which just gets better and better....a race fan couldn't have asked for more really. It's series like this, that really impact the manufacturers and lead to more fantastic platforms for consumers to buy and enjoy. I'm hoping to see a long and prosperous run that grows bigger than we could've imagined. It finally feels like America has a series which serves as an exmaple globally, in terms of execution....that's pretty awesome.

Now, 3 years later, the future looks even brighter. Back in the ALMS days post 2009, I feared a bit for the future of prototype racing but from 2023 onwards it looks like there will be hope again.

Great video going to be an awesome season. Would like more GTLM teams but all around the merger has been nothing but good stuff.

Shouldn't it say IMSA at the end?

I believe this video was created during 2012-2013, during merger and transition period (minimally edited except for IMSA bumper at the start of video)
