    Loved this workout! No talking, no crappy music, just a sensible beat and nice pace. I am uncoordinated so this was excellent for me.

    Bought a stepper yesterday. my height was 200mm. Couldn't go that fast, but enjoyed it a lot! Thank you. Need this for leg muscles specially when you are 70years old

    First time doing this after 2 years of no exercise and i loved it, i worked out my whole body and what i love about it's a friendly exercise for my back. I have a disk dislocated so can't really do a lot of heavy core exercises but this exercise helped me pumped my blood and oxygen i love it, looking forward to do More exercises like this with you. Hope i can hit my gole to.loss 20 lbs by summer

    There should be rest of 10 seconds between the each exercise overall very good to this workout

    Whew! Much more of a workout than i initally anticipated.

    After 16 months that was Bornt my Little girl was doing some exercise but so far this was the most enjoyable. Did 83% now bec She woke up. Bit defenetly Will repeat❤
