First time doing this after 2 years of no exercise and i loved it, i worked out my whole body and what i love about it's a friendly exercise for my back. I have a disk dislocated so can't really do a lot of heavy core exercises but this exercise helped me pumped my blood and oxygen i love it, looking forward to do More exercises like this with you. Hope i can hit my gole to.loss 20 lbs by summer
