My girlfriend is from Tallinn. I myself am from the Netherlands. And yes, it is a truly enchanting city with snow guarantee. Normally the Christmas market is a bit bigger and more crowded. Not too many tourists now in Estonia because of C-restrictions. But you did a great job at showing the atmosphere😊

Yeah the Helsinki-Talllinn 80km/50mi sea route is super busy (ok was pre-covid...) A lot of Estonians are working/living in Finland, plus the short day trips are popular. Now they are planning un underground rail tunnel between the cities, not sure how realistic.

You said what's so great about Tallinn at 1:30. It's an actual old town people live and do business in, without most of the ingenuine touristy stuff you see in other old towns. Also, wonderfully preserved.

We bought some good boots for the trip, but still slipped a little. Ice is always something to watch out for but if you keep your eye out for ice spots you should be okay!

Были знакомые , а гитарный мастер Геннадий Йотаутас изготовил мне шикарную бас гитару ... Не получилось стать жителем Эстонии , в начале 90 х всё рухнуло ... Я помню как в середине 80 х люди встали ,, Рука в руку,, от башни ,, Длинный Герман ,, и до Иван Города ... 600 километров... скандировали , Вабадуз ,, - Свобода!!!
