Great video! I especially liked the 1 piece headlight abuse. 😁
Dude.... I haven't laughed that hard in a long time, ripping out the light and kicking it, killed me, lol!!!!
I had a white 93 coupe back in the early 2000's. This series makes me want another!
Definitely have taken over as my favorite channel to watch out of all the foxbody channels. You go way more in depth with what you’re doing and have a ton of variety. The little things too like the kill matt on the screw holes are great pieces of knowledge to know.
Thank you sir! I really appreciate that.
I second that!!
I was so glad to see you clean up the area behind the lights, I’m not surprised that you did . You and I think alike on many counts 👍🏻
My 16 year old son and my wife changed out the heater core on his 1992 LX convertible.
Found a RUclips video and followed it step by step. It can be done!
I need to replace the one piece headlights that were on the car when he bought it. 😂
Great video Chris! Saturday morning car videos… reminds me of watching Horsepower TV back in the day. Looking forward to your next ones.
It’s like watching cartoons on Saturday mornings as a child. 😂 ❤❤❤
I would love to bring my fox over and go through the thing with you. You definitely are a wealth of knowledge!!! Thank you for what you do!
Great job! The attention to detail is amazing. And this is a customers car not your own, much respect man. Awesome vid thanks🙏
Great video, what attracted me to your channel was your attention to detail and thoroughness. The white GT will look amazing when you get done!
I bought my 89 GT new. I still have it and do drive it occasionally. It has seen a lot over the years and is an AVERAGE fox. There are some hacks and stuff not quite right BUT it is mine. I dream that some day it could have a full resto by someone like you. Foxes in S NJ used to be a dime a dozen in the 90s. Now it is a rare sight and most are rat beaters. Love you channel
Sweet Fox!! 🦊🤍
Damn dude u the man working on them stangs I love it. 👍
Back in the day when I had my 87 and a 92 mustang I wanted a one piece headlight kit .I had blacked out headlight covers for both mine that was the thing back then now you can't find them .
Great video. Love your attention to detail. I bought. '91 GT last spring ND have been working out some of the small bug. Even though it has only 56k miles it is 32 years old haha And stuff needs replacing. Your videos immensely helpful. Keep up good work we all appreciate it. 👍
Picking up a 91 two tone and I can’t wait to start restoring it. This will be my first domestic car, I’ve owned nothing but Honda’s since the early 90’s. Your videos have got me pumped!
Great Video!
I don’t even own a Mustang or anything Ford…but I love watching this channel. Not sure if it’s the way it’s shot, the way everything is explained or a combination of both. Either way I subbed. 🍻
That's the type of feedback I love to hear! Thank you sir
Appreciate the content 🎉 they’ve always motivated me to keep going on my build 🙏
Your attention to detail is impressive
I had window vent shades too on my hatchback . I made covers for my speakers cut a piece of wood and wrapped in leather and pad to make plush and custom looking
WHOOPS! Those one piece lights are slippery buggers! LOL
Not to pick on a fellow Canadian, but that is what my comment meant on Gary's cluster video...if your going in... go in deep LOL and like your response to my comment... yes, LED upgrade, but he did OK.
Love the tip to use killmat on the dash mounting points 👍🏼
Awesome job, very detailed cleaning, and repairs that needed to be done. Back in the day i have done 4 heater
cores, 2 on my 85 GT, 1 on wife 89 LX, 1 on my 92 LX 5.0, never a great job, no matter how many times you do it.
Man I need to get my 92 gt down there! Maybe 2024. Love the videos!
White face gages were the thing back in the day too
Just acquired an 88 GT in Dec/2022 after getting done with my 98 heavy AUTO X modifactions and these tips are spot on considering about 75% of the repairs/replacements you are doing is exactly what I’m encountering. Looking forward to the progress of this fox in this series! Subbed
Left all day everyday
Thanks for all the attention to the detail. Looking great!
So much fun i wish i could do that for a living! ❤
Excellent job as always!
I would love to see you rewire the 3 piece headlights from the 1 piece. I want to replace them too! ❤❤❤
I actually already did it. Didn't think it would be a big deal but I can go over it in the next video if I remember
Awesome video tip love those new headlights I need to get a set
Any aftermarket lock actuator are junk except the rubber boot. Got a factory ford actuator out of an 86 town car, changed the boot and had to mod the length of rod, but fak what power
Those look like wire nuts that electricians use /smdh/ Surprised you shortcut the evap core replacement by cutting the box. I took the time to split mine in my '88 and reseal with new butyl.
😎 Do you recommend paint or interior first? Thanks for the info
Hi love the channel and subscribed!! I have manual mirrors on my 1989 Mustang 5.0 LX Coupe, what would it take to convert to power mirrors, I have bought the mirrors, does my harness already have the connections??? Thanks in advance!!
Got my koozie and just happened to look at the envelope and saw $5 for postage. I was like are you fn kidding me!? Lol. Thanks for the koozie
Ya man, mailing stuff is robbery these days! At least your beer will be cold for the Live tomorrow night :)
That old window tint needs to be removed asap lol
Yep lol
I could of used these 1 piece lights
How did you fix the one piece wiring? Did you have to buy it used or was there like a kit? Asking since my fox has one piece headligjts and i want to convert it back to PDI ultra clears
You can buy replacement pigtails from local parts store or Amazon
What are some good budget factory replacement speakers?
Infinity kappa or JBL are usually my go to
Those rear wheels...
The lady that sold me my 89 tried offering me the one piece headlights that her nephew that wasn't even allowed to be near the car ordered for it and she offered them to me when I was purchasing the car and I told her to ship them back to China where they belong 😅
Let me say that I share your dislike for one piece headlights! Great positive view on the heater core change! Great video and love the attention to detail!
Where could I get those headlights ? (3 piece)
LMR
Are there any good replacement heater core manufacturers any more 😒
You can buy copper ones from NPD
I still don't understand the hate for the one piece headlights. In my opinion they look a lot more modern than stock. Every time I hear someone hating on one piece headlights, I can almost guarantee their 3 piece headlights are pointing in 6 different directions.
I get that many fox owners have no clue how to do wiring properly and most radios, headlights, etc. get put in with twist caps or just twisted and taped. I think this is an owner problem more than a headlight problem.
One piece headlights look like garbage. Simple
One piece headlights and euro tail lights deserve to be smashed to assure they can never be installed again and then thrown away.
Na they have there place I have a set on my 90 drag car now my 92 is a different story I would never put a set on that car
Absolutely hate the three piece headlight setup
3 piece or 6 piece?
@@TheInfamousProject well I was speaking for each side, but yes the 6 piece. As they never looked right, they were always a little off on the alignment.
Anyone who tries to modify a Fox Mustang like a fast and furious rice burner should get their hands amputated !
