@@sangeetalambh6389 yes I felt emptiness and a lot of apathy. I still do sometimes. It’s all normal and part of it unfortunately. But it is normal. I try to tell myself it’s better feeling that way than before on meds. Congratulations being off I’m proud of you
Thanks for the comment! I think it’s different for everyone, but I have been off for 3 years and usually I do pretty good, I definitely still deal with the dp sometimes. But I think connecting with nature and journaling a lot and finding the real me is helping!
@@donzouan9687 the agoraphobia too, I was actually afraid somethjng would fall out of the sky and it was horrifying to go anywhere around anyone how long have u been off

did you smoke weed or drink alchohol during those 3 years its hard to believe it last so much.
