I'm going with Road 6 on my Kawasaki Z1000SX as it will be used for touring and spirited but legal road riding. I will be taking it to a private track in France also, for track-based road skills training and practice. The Road 6 will be replacing Pirelli Angel GT2 which I have ridden for 10k miles.
p.s. Scrolling around a Google Slide really hurt my eyes. Why not make it a slide show with each bullet point being added on a build? You also had some sound problem near the end.
