I just tried this and OMG! it was amazing! I didn't have all the ingredients so an avocado, lemon juice and kale was all I used for the creamy sauce. I added the water and himalayan salt and the nectar to make up for flavour that was missing. If it tastes this good with so many things missing, I can only imagine what it would taste like with the other good stuff. Thanks Kristina!! Love, love your inspiration.
Wow wow wow. i made this tonight and it is soooooo amazing. this is my 1st week being raw coming from 1.5 yrs of being vegan and this dish has made it 10x easier on the outlook of my transformation. I can so do this with amazing meals like this! I followed almost everything and any changes I made was because I didn't have an ingredient but I tried to stick as close with a similar ingredient. instead of hemp I used the pine nuts you suggested and instead of coconut nectar I used dates. and coconut water in substitute of regular water. Thank you Kristina!!!
My husband, my parents and I absolutely loved it 💚 My Mom said that she thought she wasn't going to like it, but was pleasantly surprised. I put too much lemon in at first, but was able to even it out with the coconut nectar. We also added another half of an avocado and substituted spinach instead of kale. I have made several of your receipes and have loved them all! The other day I made the creamy mushroom, spinach dish and everyone loved that one too 💜 We do all of this on a tight budget too. I am always looking forward to your next video. Thank you!

Just made this-soooo yummy! I added fresh garlic and fresh watercress for a peppery zest. Cherry tomatoes make a lovely garnish too! Was short a cucumber and subbed a zucchini as well.
I'm definitely a savory girl therefore I find it hard to eat fruit the whole day. Hence I love this recipe and am definitely going to try it. Avocados are amazing and I love any recipe that uses them. Thanks for sharing!

It does the job, somewhat, but it takes forever, and it is not the same consistency as Vitamix, not by a long shot. I just got my first Vitamix a few weeks ago (second hand for $160), and I can tell you, it's worth it if you are going to be eating Kristina-type meals everyday.
Not half! Iv an Omniblend I, yes at £200 it was expensive but a Vitamix hell no, mine does the job for £300 quid less! People must be mad to buy one of those!!
That looks about right for my serving ! This is the first time Ive seen one of these cuke spaghetti dishes that got me going. The pesto sauce gets all over it and it actually looks like the real thing. I will try it for sure. Now Im off to the Indian market for some real good samosas (peas and potato), made fresh. Taste even better if you dip them in tamarind chutney.
Brought this to a traditional barbecue with my friends at the shooting club (10 men that usually enjoy their cruelty meals with gusto 😔) and they LOVED IT! We even went to the supermarket to buy more ingredients and make some more! No more Viking meals without veggies 🌱 hehe 😜
Where do you get your ideas for these recipes? I don't see you add much garlic in your creations, are you not much of a garlic fan? I LOVE. The idea to make cucumber noodles, but never thought they would come out so beautiful, since they have so many seeds, I'm super excited to try this!
im vegetarian and eat a really all round healthy natural foods diet...i eat nearly vegan and lots of raw and although im not interested in eating fully raw vegan i adore your recipes and you are an amazing energy filled healthy example of eating well :-) keep up the vids i love learning more about real food :-)
I need a spiralizer. Dehydrator, vitamix but am on a fixed income due to health reasons,hense why I am here. Kristina you come up with amazing recipes. You and several other raw foodists on the U-Tube are an inspiration to me and my family as we have many health issues. A lot is Genetic that cannot be fixed unfortunately but having a nutritious diet is a bonus and a protection. Love your recipes. I cannot afford your books right now but we checked it out at our local library. Can you believe it your book is there. We are incorporating more raw Salads and dishes in our diets as much as posible. Garlic! A clove of garlic would be great in that dish. Keep creating💖You look must rested now💖

This was better than I expected and surprisingly kid-friendly but was missing "something". I wondered - was it onions? Garlic? Olives? I did swap out celery for green tomatoes (no me gusta) and left out spirulina (no tenía). I added a little black pepper and eventually a can of tuna which made it better. I had hoped to meal prep but the next day the salad was more watery and less flavorful. Overall, good dish to eat on the same day but with room for improvement as presented.
