    Thank you so much. Love your videos and such an inviting, serene piece of music in the background. Wonder if u can advise if and where I can get non-expensive snow boots at the airport or at Sapporo/odori station? My plan is to take the train to Sapporo and get the boots immediately before heading outdoor where theres ice everywhere..thank you so much in advance!

      We got our snow boots from this store near Susukino station (pretty near from Sapporo station too). It’s a local brand that specializes in boots made for Hokkaido winter called Daiichi Gomu and it was about ¥8000. Hope it helps!

    Awe… I’ve never been that fish market when I went last summer! I So, winter is a different excitement with those white surroundings:)
    Love to go back Otaru :)

      Ahh! The market is near Otaru station, worth a visit if you do go back! Yes Hokkaido is especially charming in winter with a romantic kind of vibe. Pretty sure it was beautiful in the summer too ☺️
