I'm about the same rating as agad and my greatest weakness in chess is laziness. "Qb3 looks great but Na5" is a lazy place to stop calculating when Bxe6+ is a capture, a check, and is absolutely crushing. It's nice to see I'm not the only player who can't be bothered to do the hard work of calculating two move ahead haha! :)

At 9:00 black could have made it interesting by playing bishop to G5 which would prevent mate? White would be forced to capture with bishop, then black recaptures with queen.

Oh and when I posted about it on the forums I got shadowbanned immediately, it's a sad site one that nearly made me stop playing chess.
