@@woman.drivenHey, Doris~ I've been a fan of you since your first upload, I gotta say, you look both stunning and gorgeous in every video you've been in~ I mean it when I say it, beautiful~ One more thing. What's your phone number?~ I can solemnly promise you that no one else besides us two will ever know about or have it. I swear it, Doris. 🤚💋
When I lived in Tampa I was a mopar head!!! lol my rt and hemi...miss those days!!! You bring back so many memories of my love for v8's...thanks for being that cool girl having fun!!!🏴☠️🇧🇿🙋🏽♂️💯🤙🏽🎯🏝
Some cool classic cars you have. I'm impressed with your level of mechanical expertise which far exceeds mine. Stumbled across your channel after you reviewed a BMW E92 M3 a few years back, a car I currently own. I've owned a few Porsche's including a 996 GT3 but this is the first V8 I've owned which I really love. Went old school and got a manual as well as opposed to the DCT.
You sure have some VERY NICE car's Doris. I think it's VERY COOL to see a lady NOT afraid to tackle ANYTHING when it come's to automotive work!!! You get it done one way or another. I am interested in the motor and tranny from your 68. I am in the Valley also. Let me know if you want to sell it. Keep the wreche's twistin young lady!!!!!
I let you know about NPD (National Parts Depot) a few days ago. They also have stuff for 1967- 81 Camaro too! How about that! im workin* right now on a 1930 Ford Model A. Good luck in your work! In those days Chevy Engines were painted Chevy Orange. Thanks.
Hey Doris..you've done a fantastic job removing the engine from the Camaro..love those first Gen..enjoying watching you do your thing..waiting for the next episode and keep up the great work..I really appreciate you saving the older generation of vehicles..much love and take care.
@@woman.driven Well Doris..it depends on what you want to do with those vehicles..however.making them road worthy you have alot of options..but hot rodding them is a whole different ball game..most of all do all your research first before making an attempt to tackle those jobs.
I have a suggestion, looks like you need a small rolling cart to put your tools in when working on your products. It will keep your tools close to you and will keep them off the floor . you can also keep your small parts in there . Nice job on pulling that engine out . :)
Enjoying your tear down. As always. One thing you need Doris is a wheeled table to put parts on. Will be easier. As always though enjoying your tear down. ❤❤❤
When I pulled the engine out of my Camaro back in the day.... We pulled the transmission first and then the engine, made it much easier for the removal.
I the the engine sounded pretty healthy from the Camaro, did it have other problems?? Would have liked to known a motivated in my day, some could talk the talk, but looks like you walk the walk! Keep it up! You will get them done
I think it was just the angle between it and the trans, but more or less me removing the wrong bolts on the mounts. That made things worse haha. Thanks for watching!
That has everything that a drag car has. Blow proof bell, solid motor mounts and fuel cell. That looks like an 850 double pump carb. Can't see if it has a roll bar/ cage. Did it come w/a drive shaft loop? Good job removing.
Whole lot of projects at the same time, really great job of removing the engine. This engine bay was made for racing so it looks more simple, just less components to take off, for the most part they all will come apart the same way. Awesome job.
That makes sense. It was barely anything going back through the firewall lol. I do like the clean look, so lets see what I will add when I put things all together.
Dam that oil needed to be change to dark install a big block motor to it give it power it's a American muscle vehicle top of the line be safe God Bless you and your family 💯♥️✌️🙏😘😘🥂🌹
I agree with you 💯 Finding a solid & safe lift point , without using a floor jack , can great improve your outlook on that particular car 🔩🔧 Looking forward to this particular project . #NewSubscriber 🙏
Congrats Girl👏 your definitely making a good decision getting rid of that old beat up engine 😆🤭definitely not a race engine looks more like spare parts 😆🤭
Doris my name is Chris and you are the baddest woman in The automotive industry and I would get on camera with you and drive. I think I love you and thank you God for posting. You are so bad

Too many projects going at the same time 😂
Can't wait to see the Camry, the Mustang and this Camaro get finished!
Yup..so that means constant work lol. Tearing apart the engines are next :)
Ese auto me impactó cuando lo ví, era un RS pero no se si era del 65 o 67, ahora te veo trabajando en el y me das una alegría verlo. 500 HP Bestial.🎉🎉
Your videos are inspiring me to redo my brothers 69 firebird. It's been waiting to be reborn!

Great work Doris, the more engines you pull the easier it gets 👍🏼
I'm looking forward to seeing it come back to life👍👏👏👏
Great job!!! Very impressed with all you accomplish!!
I am in Az also. Are you selling the Camaro engine??
Not really a car guy, but Good Lord , Doris you are BEAUTIFUL!!
I had a 1968 with a 468 big block was a fast car you are one fine lady 🤗
Love ❤️ that shirt Ms Doris I remember that Chevy commercial that they play back in the 90s heartbeat of America 🇺🇸
Enjoying your tear down. As always. One thing you need Doris is a wheeled table to put parts on. Will be easier. As always though enjoying your tear down. ❤❤❤
Very nice car. I had a 69 Camaro when I was 17 and didn’t have the money to restore it at the time. I would give anything to have another one

"all over my face and mouth".... LMAO
Great video Doris. For having such a open engine bay then the engine gotta be a giant pain in the ass coming out.
I think it was just the angle between it and the trans, but more or less me removing the wrong bolts on the mounts. That made things worse haha. Thanks for watching!

Yup.. those things I am keeping and adding to the new engine :). It does have a half cage in it and drive shaft loop.

Oh you definitely from Arizona that accent says it all lol love it 😍
Great rebuilding
Nunca me pierdo sus vídeos por ver a esta bella mujer...❤
If you pull the trans and the engine as 1 unit it makes it easier, you just lift the engine more from the front to get the right angle to pull it out
lol.. I wanted to avoid that since I did did not set up the engine hoist as it needs to be. But that would have been easier :)
Both great cars but can't wait to see the Camaro finished.
Great job Doris ! ❤
Hi Doris u did a great job r u putting that same motor back in
Hi Beautiful. Thank you for being a great example and Inspiration... 🏁🏆🌞👌✌️🙌
Hi Doris! I love your show. ❤
Good Job 👍👍 You should try it outside laying on the ground and lifting with a tripod 🤣🤣

Thanks of being here!
If you had invested in an engine tilt, you could have pulled the engine and the transmission as one unit.
WHEN U DO LOKAZ ROK KRAWLERZ EDITION ? PUT EM ON 44 SUPER SWAMPERZ ! LOGISTIKX STAT !
I don’t even work on cars but watching Doris work is mesmerizing ❤

Lovin the outfit, the knowledge, the effort and your beauty ❤🔥
Thank you so much!!
Nice work.....as always 👍🏻
Thanks a lot 😊
Should've been able to pull out the engine and tansmission as one unit on both cars.
These older vehicles are so much easier to pull apart.
Use a wet vac for the liquid, then use pig mats
How do you keep so clean I work on my car and I’m covered in oil
Great video ❤😊
Good Job!👍
That is the temperature sending unit

Classic cars, soooo cute girl, and lovely voice.
0:55 I think that she should rephrase that.
How old is remove the transmission first and then the motor.
Me again Doris, I would be interested in the engine and transmission IF you want to sell it. I am also here in Az.

I think that you'll find that the Camaro is lot easier than the Ford.
At least with space and removing the engine.. yes. But that was because it barely had anything to get out of the way haha
