I really love the idea they are encouraging to eat and read and having that book vending machine is genius. You'd think a place like Starbucks would have books to buy while you drink yet, here is a Po' boy establishment making good food and encouraging literature 👏

Parkway Bakery and Tavern or Crabby Jack’s for poboys!! And y’all can’t leave the French Quarter without trying the rabbit and sausage jambalaya and crab claws at Coop’s Place on Decatur St!! And gotta check out Willie Mae’s fried chicken!!

Grits are a major staple if the not the staple in the South. We eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner. Minus that sugar stuff.

Absolutely! North Carolina girl here and grits with fish or shrimp was the favorite. I can't do the shrimp so much now, but I still love a nice hot fish with hot sauce and mustard and grits. Blessings!

My favourite city on the planet! Hope ya hit up Creole Creamery. Best ice cream anywhere! And a Shrimp Po Boy is the finest! Shrimp and fish (if it's the trout) is awesome, too! Ya done good! Great video, as always! The bread is native to NOLA, nothing like it anywhere else. And the shrimp is fantastic because it's Gulf shrimp, local to NOLA. None of that Chinese stuff. That gumbo looked righteous! Had the right amount of rice, too. Did ya have any oysters?
