This is the DREAM homeschool room with these windows and having nature outside. If I had this room, I’d use a lower table to take advantage of the view. ❤
I have 5 kids too - aged between 9 and 26 (the older 4 are all working now) our "homeschool space" has varied drastically over the years from a dome tent and everything had to fit into a cardboard box, to a dedicated homeschool room, to workstation inside and outside the house - to now our house resembles a combination of a library, art gallery, museum and we just try to live an educational life. Definitely the outside being so inside is your best feature.
I love it. I love the VIEW!!! I think if I would be sitting at the table instead of looking at my homework I would be looking out of the window daydreaming...or even more...I would be outside...I love the feeling of that room, simplicity and the view...well done!

Can you do a video how you store/file your kids work? I save all the paperwork stuff (put it in our storage unit at the end of the year) and also started saving digitally as well. It is time consuming.
It is from Ashley Furniture, but I wouldn't recommend it because of the customer service of that store. I know that Do It On A Dime got one from Big Lots.

Take it slow and start with Reading/Literature, Writing, and Math and slowly add in other subjects as you go. Always make time to go outside and have fun, too
