actually Hulk is in general especially fond of Spiderman. becasuse he's one of the few if not only heroes who generaly is nice to him. who treat him as a friend(who may need help to not do wrong) and not a bomb always at the verge of going of.
Hulk and Spidey have a lot of parallels, both have lost loved ones, both are treated poorly by the public at large, both have been let down by every team they thought were friends, and both still try to do the right thing even if nobody will give them any credit for it.

Spider Man is one of the best hero’s in Marvel. Not because he’s powerful or anything but because he relates to the people around him. He’s been around multiple superheroes and supervillains in many situations that hero’s usually can’t do anything about, like what this video shows us, and helped them like a normal caring person would. That's one of the things I've always loved about the Hulk. He may be the embodiment of pure rage. But, maybe because of it, he DOES appreciate compassion. And respects those that actually mean in moments.

Spider-Man and Hulk have always had a solid friendship. I remember the first comic book I ever read was one that wasn't an Avengers comic but it was crossover between Spidey, Hulk, and Iron Man acting as a three man team. The very beginning of the comic started with Tony testing Spidey's wall crawling abilities to see if that's was anything he couldn't stick to. When Spidey reaffirmed his ability after running around on Tony's walls he said, "See? I told you. I can stick to *anything.*" To which Tony turns his head to Hulk minding his own business, enjoying a slice of pizza asks, "Anything?" And after following his gaze, Spidey knew exactly what he was thinking and the next panel had him standing upside down on Hulk's arm of which he couldn't help but laugh as the hairs that give Spidey his wall crawling ability tickled Hulk's arm and started swinging him around. It was a pretty wholesome comic as it basically was just them hanging out with occasional villains needing their ass kicked. I'm sure Kang the Conqueror was in it too at one point which was my first exposure to the character. Wish they adapted this into the MCU in some way shape or form.

Because Peter is quite possibly one of the best people you can come across to be a friend. Despite all the bad things that have happened to him, instead of letting it take over him and becoming a horrible villain or a monster. he does the complete opposite, he becomes a person to make sure that no one ever feels what he's felt and gone through. That's why Spiderman is one of my top superheroes if not the top superhero on my superhero list.
This makes me wish to have a story where savage hulk and bruce get along without developing a new personality.
If I remember correctly, there was also a time where Peter asked Bruce how the Hulk was doing.

No. I agree. Plus. While they'd never fight usually. If for some reason it did happen. I think hes one of the few people that could atleast knock back a Hulk. But Peter also rarely lets his full strength out. So it would be interesting to see him let go, when he absolutely has no other choice.
Peter has good ethics and has good judgement, he appreciated throughout the Marvel universe from the Avengers to the X-Men to the Fantastic Four.

Spider-Man and Hulk have always had a solid friendship. I remember the first comic book I ever read was one that wasn't an Avengers comic but it was crossover between Spidey, Hulk, and Iron Man acting as a three man team. The very beginning of the comic started with Tony testing Spidey's wall crawling abilities to see if that's was anything he couldn't stick to. When Spidey reaffirmed his ability after running around on Tony's walls he said, "See? I told you. I can stick to *anything.*" To which Tony turns his head to Hulk minding his own business, enjoying a slice of pizza asks, "Anything?" And after following his gaze, Spidey knew exactly what he was thinking and the next panel had him standing upside down on Hulk's arm of which he couldn't help but laugh as the hairs that give Spidey his wall crawling ability tickled Hulk's arm and started swinging him around. It was a pretty wholesome comic as it basically was just them hanging out with occasional villains needing their ass kicked. I'm sure Kang the Conqueror was in it too at one point which was my first exposure to the character. Wish they adapted this into the MCU in some way shape or form.
