If you apply the stealth livery on the police cruiser you can make the unmarked grey cruiser with the right paintjob to hide the livery, but it's better with a custom color. It's faster and has better options, you basically have two cars in one.

Even though the Cruiser has better stats, it doesn't matter. I painted the Cruiser like a late 1990's nyc police car, as best as I could. To use as role play as Aya Brea from Parasite Eve on ps4.

Weird that not many knew that. "Wail" is standard, "Yelp" is by double tap, "Priority" is by hold. "Hi-Lo" actually doesn't exist in game
