Dumb idea: Maybe the marked cruiser is meant for high speed chase while the unmarked is meant for urban follow and recon. When the transmission and engine upgrades are applied, *perhaps* the engine limiter is removed on the marked cruiser. That wouldn't explain why the transmission made such a difference, though. Just an idea, although I doubt R* put even that much thought into it.
@@Pablo44528He’s talking about the car with the Highway Patrol livery (which the guy in the Stanier LE was using). For some reason the CHP/SAHP livery on the Stanier LE says Los Santos Highway Patrol and has sheriff badge on it for some very odd reason
@@Pablo44528 It’s very confusing, on the PS3/360 version of the game the SAHP badges on their uniforms were the same as the CHP but said San Andreas instead of California. When they moved it to PS4 they then made it say Los Santos Highway Patrol and have the City of LS logo despite it being the SAHP. This exact reason is why I consider the PS3/360 version of the game to be the best and most accurate
Braking test is highly flawed. A real test would be to pace one another and hit the brakes at a fixed point. Equal speed is the only way to have an accurate take.

@@Kahfjdkaj you can save the police outfit used in the salvage yard robbery called gang banger, just call up your terrorbyte and save the outfit in the wardrobe, the terrorbyte won't show up on the map so u have to search for it but it's there trust me 👮
