Love that you talked about your smoothie! I sometimes would think I’m putting too much in one smoothie, mine usually has coconut milk, coconut water to thin it down, plant protein, mushroom powder, matcha powder, spinach, ginger, cucumber, chia seeds, flax seeds, frozen blueberries, frozen dark cherries. It keeps me satisfied until lunch 🤩

I took the test from Viome and it basically laid out what I needed to eat and what to avoid. You are 100% correct about what to eat. I’m dealing with blood sugars and I avoid sugars especially in the a.m. I put collagen in my coffee (trying to cut the coffee.) Today I actually ate a handful of pistachios, cottage cheese and a small amount of apple sauce. Apples showed up as a superfood for me. 😊

Wow…thank you for this video; I do the same thing for Breakfast everyday. I walk 15 minutes right after breakfast, Lunch and dinner. I’m a type 2 diabetic and still working on getting my A1C down, it was at 13 last December and it’s now at 8, my goal is to hit between 4.5 and 5.5
I also do IF 16:8 which has helped. Been consistent and feel really great. (I’m also a retiree at age 65; feeling great!!!)
just eat an egg or two for diabetes - you can also have a piece of bacon.

The first thing I put in my body in the morning is water and then a cup or two of coffee. I drink a tea I make with cinnamon, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and lemon, about twenty minutes before breakfast.
That cinnamon is probably tainted with heavy metals - that's what the news said.
@@travelguy1564Ceylon cinnamon is the best one, do your research on it. Apple cider vinegar eats away at your bones over time, do research on it too.

My Smoothie is of EVOO, moderate mix of seeds/nuts ( flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed, basil seed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts), collagen peptides protein powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, nutritional yeast, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, beet powder, mid size apple and water.

Kefir, collagen, nuts, seeds, flaxseed, psyllium, chia seeds, coconut, spirulina, moringa, and some maple syrup...thoughts? Trade off some days with eggs and or smoothie.

I hydrate first thing. Lemon water with salt, or coconut water. I eat after 2 hours.
Dr. Axe I take the Ancient Nutrition Collagen each day but have an early diagnosis of osteoporosis. (Age 60). Can I also take the Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth powder too? Taking both will be beneficial? (Along with calcium, D3, weight bearing workouts etc)
In the morning, absolutely nothing. Maybe some acv with lime. The AM is the part of the day that we are least hungry. Best time to continue the fast from the night before.
And your body is still cleansing in the morning your liver is still trying to release the toxins from the day before! Such a myth to put fat in your body and the other myth is putting collagen in your body it's merely making people rich and not healing anyone!

Yes by having spinach and celery in the morning made me really sick inflammation and kidney cristal from oxalates am still on carnivore diet after 3 months ... so just watch it....what they say in the videos about greens smoothy in the morning could kill us❤❤❤

I thought according to TCM, it wasn’t advisable to eat cold foods first thing in the morning.. since your body is still waking up.
If you believe that philosophy, then you understand why you’re doing it. But you didn’t explain that in your comment. To say your body is “still waking up” doesn’t give enough detail

You shouldn't necessarily do cold but a smoothie can be room temp, my Ayurvedic dr would do a smoothie just no ice or cold ingredients
But you've pulverized all the fiber in the smoothie. Best to eat them whole

Why?
Fruits clean out the system whereas vegetables build the system.
