- 1.52.06 best lap from my third outing in the E46 M3 at Sonoma Raceway.
First event held on the new repaved track. Grip was very good and your tires really make some noise!
It was my PB lap, so of course my Gopro ate shit that session.... Only catalyst footage.
Absolutely smashed my old best lap by 4+ seconds (1.56.82). Mainly do to fresh V730's over heat cycled RS4's from last event.
I was on target to beat my F80's PB (1.51.81) several times but never snagged the lap. My optimal was a 1.51 flat.

Wonderful!
hell yea
how's the new pavement?
It is very communicative. Lots of tire noise. Probably needs another month or so to grade the pavement in rubber. Track is smoother overall. Less surface change and bumpiness. Seems the fastest drivers all gained a second or so.
@@Driver_407 sounds positive, can't wait to go again and see the difference!
@@f82regpaq Arnt you on the private skid pad event later this month? Think i saw your name on there. Should be a good event with only 10 people.
@@Driver_407 oh dude you're going? I was going to go, but im not going to be able to make this one :(
