If you wonder why those birds have moving nozzles : this is why : they, the moving nozzles, are there to rotate the plane on take off when it is fully loaded
@@PhilGormanAviationI didn’t think we are going to find out. I found the below searching the internet. A spokesperson for Air Forces Central (AFCENT) declined to say where the F-22s or any other U.S. fighters in the region are based, citing operational security.
Such stupid and pointless conflicts we get sucked into. I did my bit in Afghanistan. Never again will I join the military. As I got older the absolute lies that the government spreads to justify some of these conflicts is just disgusting.
All I can say is a bad a bunch of liars our gov't displays, the guys you fought are far worse, in my estimation. Still, I'm with you in wondering how the US got sucked into the ME , in the first place.
Sure, mistakes have been made, and are made. That’s the territory of any large power. But I’m guessing you’re very “Trumpy”. They aren’t taking part in a conflict yet, and their mere presence might help prevent one. And if nothing else, they need to train somewhere. Better in the theater where that might happen, than over “south Alabama”.
The F-22 Raptor is a piece of art.
It certainly is! Incredible aircraft
Right On Go Army!
what a badass planes :D
I can remember in the early 60s watching F-100 Super Sabres launching from Lakenheath three at a time.
I k right earlier times were more daring and Baddass, now it’s too “safe” and “eco friendly” 😅
Wow even fully fueled and with drop tanks it still takes only about 12 seconds from throttle up until the main landing gear leaves the ground.
Twelve apostles on their way to punish the unbelievers.
Save. Not punish.
Bruh........

That's the only reason. Yes vectoring nozzles. Those drop tanks are the small ones. There are bigger tanks than those.
so cute
The Balloon killers 😅
Where Will They Land?
It’s a good question?! I still don’t know where they landed

I wonder if Iran has any F 14 's left flying for them to to get there teeth into
They still use them yes.
Iran isn’t THAT dumb, they know they can’t take out birds like these with what they got. Not with the pilots they have either if I had to guess
But where are they all now 🇬🇧🇺🇸👍😳
Yeah it’s a good question, no idea where they landed
Jordan or Qatar
Are balloons used for military purposes in the Middle East?
We will find out with whoever decides to pop off...or the Middle East could surprise everyone and behave for once.
Bruh 😂
Probably best used against Russia to be honest, which is what they were designed for
It’s not like if they send those 12 there they can’t still use other F22s, F15s(any variant) F16s & F35s against the Russian and Chinese lol
@@zakelwe Don’t think so.
Why are there raptors at Lakenheath
They stopped over on deployment to the Middle East
So I can see what the US is doing, but what is the rest of the West doing?

That's because according to your hero Trump, only suckers join the military
