@@Spazza42 Can't be helped now. He has torn and fried his vocal chords and they never healed correctly (he openly ignored doctors and his managers warnings). BUT he's had one of the biggest careers of the last 100 years. :)

Ich denke irgendwann ist es einfach vorbei mit der Power und Bandbreite der Stimme, wenn man Jahrzehnte lang auf Tour ist. Ich kenne nur ganz wenige Ausnahmen, z. B. Bruce Dickinson, die heute noch immer genauso gut oder gar besser klingen. Oder aber Sänger wie Michael Kiske, die einfach nicht die Strapazen von Dekaden der Live Tourneen hinter sich. haben. Wobei ich finde, daß Bon Jovi im Vergleich zu meinem Jugendidol Axl Rose immer noch ganz passabel klingt. Und ich bin total dankbar, dass ich Bon Jovi und Guns n Roses in den 90ern mehrmals live gesehen hab, als die Stimmen noch top instand gewesen sind❤
I had no idea this was considered their anthem. I was a huge fan back in the day but haven't listened to them for decades. I feel bad for Jon and his vocal struggles. I wonder how other lifetime singers avoid such difficulties.

Richie Sambora deserves all the recognition for his wonderful vocal talent and music production.
I remember first hearing this at an event in Australia at age 12 with my mom. Still a favourite of mine to this very day. Rock on Bon Jovi 🤘🏻
