The only blame I give the manager is keeping rashford on the pitch…he should have brought Amad on and sub rashford, he shouldn’t even start games again this season. The blame of what happened from the 70’ onwards is totally on the players, you simply don’t let a mid table championship side even get a sniff of maybe trouble you. Sorry, but ETH, isn’t on the pitch, those players let us down, the manager, and themselves. We are very lucky to be in the final.

We played great for 70 mins. The sad thing is that Erik has turned Garnacho and Mainoo into are best players by a long way. The energy they both bring is invaluable to this team. At 3-0 he was right to sub them both and save them for Wednesday, just a shame the so called experienced pro’s couldn’t see out a 3 goal lead. We need to get rid of the players that have been letting us down for 5 years plus now and actually get Ten Hag more of his types, Martinez being example of that. Aggressive, hungry, brave in defence and on the ball and a quality passer of the ball. We need a squad capable of doing these things not a couple players and the same pricks that don’t give a shit and threw the previous managers under the bus.

Surely the manager can't WANT to play that way??? Newcastle have had loads of injuries but still play the way Howe wants to play. That's my worry anyway.

It's a mystery why ETH keeps starting Rashford. Can you imagine a Man City, Liverpool, or Arsenal player putting in the kind of performance that Rashford does? There is no way Pep, Klopp, or Arteta would put up with that, and they would be taken out of the squad immediately. But ETH continues to start Rashford, game after game. It really is a mystery.

    Great show guys.
Agree on everything about Rashford. 100% feigned injury! If it was up to me he would never wear a United shirt again. He surely must have something in his contract that guarantees himself a start. When Amad replaced him, he wanted the ball, even went back to defence to get it at times to start the play. Rashford stands on the wing and passes the ball backwards. Hadn’t got any type of skills to beat Championship defenders, but his general skillset is very poor anyway.
Speaking of our injury problems, Luke Shaw is another Jack Wilshire. Hardly fit, yet always ready for England tournaments. I would put my mortgage on him being ready for the final game of the season so he can go the Euros. Our defence is struggling, yet he doesn’t give a toss about the club.
The start of the debacle yesterday was Wan Bissaka. He turned his back and even ducked as though someone had fired a cannonball at him instead a bit of plastic, and it looped over Onana. Total coward!
There are so many players who should go, but it will take years to get rid. Rashford has a 5-year contract!

Thanks @ Webby ONeill. I love always following you, My opinion to MANUTD; I always ask myself if the Glazers and Ratcliff ever face to Face to Manutd players about the goals of the Club. Because if these Directors do really talk to them, and they are not doing what the manager is asking them to do then these players NEED to leave the Club. A manager trusts you and give the task to do your best then in 20 minutes you loose a win, to me I see this as a way of trying to let down the Manager. The manager is good he does his best but the players need to be faced by the Glazers and RATCLIFF face to face. Any player who feels not willing to work under the Manager should leave the club.

I predict we’ll get humiliated in the final and ETH will be dismissed the following Tuesday. Players are also accountable and I think a few heads will roll in the summer including some big earners. It may cost Ineos a few quid to get rid of some players but it needs to happen they ain’t good enough for this club and we won’t move forward until they’re gone. Rashford needs to be the first out of the door for £300k a week he’s having a laugh. Since he got that bumper new contract he hasn’t been arsed. If the manager does get sacked without a few big earning players being forced out/paid off and being given third and fourth chances I’m totally done with it all. And I won’t be on my own the fans won’t tolerate many players getting yet another chance under a new manager. The consequences would be catastrophic for the Glazers and Ineos.

The problem is that when we win we go well over the top and when we lose we go well over the top. The truth is the damage done by the Glazers and those 'men in suits' particularly since Mourinho did his job and identified the players he required and was refused right up to this day has left MUFC as a 'Dead Man Walking' We've been in this situation for several years with absolutely nothing being addressed... However, we are all to blame, celebrating wins [and draws] over the likes of Liverpool like they were anything but blips in the grand scheme of things for a team that is sinking far more than it is swimming.
20 minutes to go with Coventry was always going to be a struggle - this team doesn't know how to hold onto any sort of lead... They 'panic' and it starts with one player and them goes through the team like wildfire... We just need to take the positives of MUFC 'finally' starting to address and replace the backroom staff and the 'men in suits'
We need to address the > £500m plus debt in the business... We need to look at the strategy for how to rebuild the structure of the club over the next 3, 5, 7 and 10 years as well as tackle the issue and find the finance to build a new football stadium, which could just pile even more debt upon our existing dent... How do we service the annual £100m interest that needs to be repaid on our loans??? There is also the question of do we tackle the defence, the midfield or the issues in attack first??? There are massive holes everywhere in the current squad... or, do we promote from the Youth side and bite the bullet on if they are good enough, then they are old enough???
Mainoo and Garnacho have been plusses in a season and a half of apathy and abysmal performances...
There is and has been for so many years so much that needs to be addressed at MUFC that these deep, deep troughs and small peaks are likely to happen and will continue to happen for quite some time!!!
For the sake of the club we need to not have a season in Europe playing Thursday nights and take a deep dive into every single area of the club and our ROAD MAP over the next few years and decide on what is MUFC on and off the pitch??? Once we decide who MUFC is, then stick to it and decide what players we have that fit the ethos and which players don't.
Make a decision and stick to it. Get the 'deadweight' out as soon as possible and start the rebuild now!!!
This is a long and precarious road that we will all have to travel to get us back to where we were in the late 2000s!!!!

Thank you guys for a wonderful talk show. I love watching your content. You guys say what you feel like without being toxic and that is precious. Well played Coventry City. We certainly didn't deserve to win. But I hope we can beat Man City in the final. Regardless, we need to voice what we feel is wrong with the club (in any of the aspects of the club). Today I want to put out my opinion on Bissaka- yesterday I lost it completely. It was the second time in the last few games that he has conceded a penalty in the stoppage time. His expression clearly showed that he knew what he was doing by stretching out his arm. His lack of concentration regarding offside is also something to take note of- it lead to another goal in one of the previous games because he was the player who played the opponent onside. People keep talking of his tackling- may I point out that half the time he looses the ball, which then he recovers back mostly- that's why his tackling seems to stand out! Dalot makes a mistake and the english media pounces on him like anything. Bissaka can shit on the field and english media will call that gold. I am not a fan of putting all the blame on one person (manager or player) and I have been frustrated by some other player performances over the course of the season. But this is the first time I am going to post what I was screaming at the TV yesterday- sell him or terminate his contract. OUT BISSAKA. He isn't the only problem but god damn it- yesterday I have had enough. I stand behind the club i have supported for 20 years and the players but BISSAKA out. There are other players who can cover for the HGC and HGN rules.

Unfortunately, nobody could predict the total surrender by most of the players left on that pitch! Rashford is definitely a fraud and has been for years but, remember he's just got a nice new contract. The so-called pundits won't slag him off because he's English and mentally delicate but, he should never have been on that pitch. Eric is being told he has to play him, that's the only thing about Rashford that makes sense.

Spot on Tony ref slowing game down , no momentum. Rashford was constantly stopping and playing at walking pace , not the only one of course , but main culprit. No idea if that was part of Ten Hag plan ….puzzling. By the way , I am definitely in the keep Ten Hag camp ….especially with Southgate and Potter in the frame!!!

I genuinely believe players don’t like or speak Højlund (why he gets no service). Some are still sulking over DDG and the rest probably side Sancho as well.
These players have no professionalism in them or drive to truly win. Keane, Schmeichel, Cole and Sheringham either hated each other or didn’t speak to each other but got on with the job and wanted to win no matter what!!! ELITE MENTALITY

Also how do they get rid of the players they need to? The young up and coming players we need are going to be apprehensive about coming.

Roy Keane should know better!! This was a great FA Cup tie. The cup has always provided drama and shown that the smaller teams can compete and often beat the teams from a higher division! Why not focus on Coventry’s wonderful come back , and United holding their nerve to win the penalty shootout! Great game all round.

I very much doubt that same players will be running out on the pitch against Sheff United. I feel that Ten Hag is worried about taking risks in removing some Top players and putting in the younger players. Nothing will change until some players are moved on. Future people will be thinking Twice before they join this mess. This Club has be become an embarrassment. I hope I am wrong but I foresee Relegation in 24-25 season.

  • @alieugaye8811

Good point, that's just the point some players in that group are just ungovernable, they don't just fancy it because they just want a fancy life on the pitch. So Bruno does it the hard way, does all the hard work with little help.
This is exactly the problem at united and the reason why people have to stop going at Bruno he is a class player in a poor team
So change all those such players and not the coach next season...

Perspective. Casermiro at centre half. 11 players missing as usual. 5 centre backs ! 3 up on 70 minutes of course you make changes. We had a bench of academy kids. It backfired spectacularly it's embarrassing it's unacceptable but what exactly where the managers options..we saw Coventry come back late against wolves one good goal. Then a unbelievable jammy deflection & a 50/50 call on a penalty As usual the entire country rooting for uniteds opposition, tuf. They got the job done .I'm delighted for the club actually.
