Thats cool and all but here’s the recipe for the triple-chocolate brownies with Nutella center:
**Ingredients:**
For the Brownie Batter:
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (180g) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (180g) white chocolate chips
For the Nutella Filling:
- 1 cup (280g) Nutella
For the Dark Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup (180g) dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
For Topping:
- 1/2 cup (70g) crushed hazelnuts
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in both sugars until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract. Slowly pour in the melted butter and sugar mixture, whisking continuously until smooth.
4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Fold in the semisweet and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
7. Spoon Nutella evenly over the batter, leaving a border around the edges.
8. Carefully pour the remaining brownie batter over the Nutella layer and spread it out to cover completely.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake.
10. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely in the pan.
11. While the brownies are cooling, prepare the dark chocolate ganache. In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
12. Once the brownies are cooled, pour the dark chocolate ganache over the top and spread it out evenly.
13. Sprinkle the crushed hazelnuts over the ganache layer.
14. Allow the ganache to set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate for faster setting.
15. Once set, lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
