Oh yes.. you can use the same recipe just substitute cocoa powder with equal proportion of maida. :) And may be add a extra tsp of vanilla essence or extract :)

Hi sweet102dolli.. so sorry to learn this.. yes the measurement of flour is 1 cup and a half cup. Usually this is a very moist cupcake always comes out perfect.. not sure where you might have gone wrong.. sorry about that and I do not have a gram equivalent measurements for the same..

Yes, you can do that. I bake a batch first and once it's done, put in the next batch to bake. I do this with cakes and cupcakes, since I'm using a microwave convection oven. I don't find any difference in texture by doing that.
Hi Nisha.. You really need the soda to react with vinegar to form the air bubbles which helps the cupcakes to rise and bake. I do agree on the fact that self-raising flour has some baking powder added to it which in turn has soda. But if you look at the recipe here it calls for full 1tsp of soda which is high as compared to a normal recipe so I am not sure how well the self-raising flour would work here. Maybe you can give it a try and let us know... :) thank you
Hi Anjali.. This is a very forgiving recipe you can absolutely use any substitutes here but as per for the quantity I am not sure as I have never tasted the coconut sugar before
There is actually no particular reason as such in making a cake because everything is in a bowl so nothing is going to spill over. However, if you are making a bread without a machine on your worktop then you make the well to hold the wet ingredients in place so that it is easier to combine the wet and dry to make a dough without the spillage of liquid everywhere. The same is the case while making pasta. :)

Mam why does my cupcakes leaves the sides from it's liners after baked.... especially this happens when kept the cupcakes for next day

If you cant find baking soda. Use Bicarb or bicarbonated soda as they call it. This is basically the same.
