  • Inbox zero is the idea that you have zero emails in your inbox, not zero unread but zero emails. It is how an inbox is traditionally used in post. It saves so much time knowing how that emails are processed. A method I have used for 6+ years virtually every day and I never miss or forget an email or an action point. Adopt this method and you will be able to get so much time back in your day! I show how to do this on Classic Outlook, Outlook for the web and then Gmail.
The key to adopting is starting at zero, which I show how to do in the video as well, filter all old emails and move them en masse, then work one by one for the last couple of weeks, with one hour of processing old emails you'll be able to get to zero.
