CLU was an amazing villain. Even in this, he didn’t need to many scenes. Although we already knew he was evil, those scenes perfectly told us that he was a bad guy. The guy who voiced him did an amazing job, too!

I can't believe it. I just watched Tron Legacy last night and I could not hear the difference between Fred Tatasciore and Jeff Bridges. I always found Tatasciore easy to recognize usually but this is a master class of mimicry.

its almost a pity the Programs in the show don't have interesting eye color that flicker or something... seriously, i could almost see, when CLU says "Good... Let's keep it that way" that his eyes flicker yellow, signifying just how far his directive made him into this
I love how Clu knew that Tron was alive while Tesler still thought he was dead. That would’ve made an awesome moment in Season 2 when he hears the words “Tron lives” from his own boss.

Yeah it was on Disney XD they didn't promote it well especially towards the end of the show but we can wait and hope for a season 2 since they hinted at one possibly coming and that would've probably been better than season 1 but oh well anyways thanks for watching :)
@@laylafarhan2519 Sadly we aren't getting a Season 2 as far as we know but when i say they hinted to one i mean't at the end of Season 1 they leave us on a cliffhanger with clu and his army going to find tron. Also months ago a season 2 storyboard ended up on RUclips which proved they were in the works of a new Season until they stopped midway with the show being Cancelled. All we can do now is hope we get another movie but both are probably not going to happen again and if they do it won't be for so many years

I really like all the clu's speech's, the one from Tron Evolution on the Game Arena, the one here on uprising and the one on Legacy. He just knows how to controll the masses pretty well. It's a very charismatic character when it comes to that kind of actions.
I also love how CLU's color is yellow, orange is normal bad, blue is normal good. But yellow and white are very close, yet completely different. Just like Flynn and CLU

It's amazing how they got Flynns clone Clue so impressingly badass. One smiled "Good" and even if you don't know what the hell is going on, you know you look into the eyes of a psychopath. And that in a kids show. Tron was always different. I love every iteration of it and I bag to the gods, that part 3 will be handled with the respect, this story deserves.

1. This is a bloody good Bridges impression considering it isn't him. 2. I adore this art style. Yes, the gangliness takes a bit of getting used to, but I like that's it's not the "Knockoff Anime" style everything goes for now. It's like bits of animation from the States, Europe and Japan all rolled into one, and there's almost definitely other styles in there that I'm not clued (PUN!) up on enough to see.

I find it pretty striking, the contrast between the surreal, exaggerated faces of the programs, and the human appearance of CLU. It really indicates status.
You know, as awesome as of a show as this was, it's also kinda sad since we know how it ends. The uprising fails, Beck is killed off (having seen enough shows, it probably would've been a very heroic death), and Tron is repurposed. Speaking of which, I always wondered if Beck had been just slightly too late at the end. Granted Tron was no Rizzler, but at the same time I felt like something was off about Tron.

I made a Cyrus one a few weeks ago i planned to upload it but youtube wouldn't let me as i used to much from the show that's how much cyrus scenes there are so i'll probably cut it into 2 parts
Legacy movie was good but felt cliché at many points, losed it's grip in some points, and felt rushed even though it wasn't. While uprising on the other hand was actually rushed at the end but still didn't feel bad and had top CGI of that time and is still one of the best CGI technique till date, voice acting is amazing, direction is superb. The only reason it's underrated is because it was launched on a new and not so known channel of that time and the movie failed to amaze huge mass of people. In short uprising was actually better than legacy and need to be revived. #BringBackTronUprising #TronLives
1:10 was the first time we saw Flynn with actual armor on since the original 1982 film. I like the simplicity of it and how it contrasts to Clu’s more….can’t really think of the word but I’m thinking over the top or uneven or erratic
My hope is to see a 2nd and even am 3rd season where Tron and Beck go to other Grid Cities recruiting members for the Uprising. And there are so many cities in the Grid: Argon, Purgos, Bostrum Colony, Bismuth Station, Gallium, Arjia, Tron City... and who knows others...
I always found the many different possibilities of where this show could go if it could continue curious. On one hand we already know two outcomes: Clu maintains his firm grasp on the grid and that tron eventually becomes rinzler as a result of repurposing. With that in mind I often imagine where the story goes with perhaps beck taking the others with him to safety once clu invades argon and slowly started taking the city apart, while tron does his best to buy time believing himself to be capable of fending off many of clu’s forces after being fully healed. This goes on for some time with beck struggling to keep the Revolution going working with tron and they do succeed in some missions but it always feels like they take a step forward but then they are forced two steps back. Eventually tron does get his rematch with Dyson, winning and derrezing him and taking his disk (explaining why rinzler has two though I have a darker scenario of how later). Seeing a possible chance to end it all tron confronts clu but is somehow defeated and captured and eventually turned into rinzler. Beck during this time was doing his best to keep his friends safe and gather more forces to help, finally returning he sees a figure in black with a red glowing T on his chest and beck realizes that the worst has happened and so he resolves to fight his former mentor all the while holding back and trying to reach him… until he is cut down by rinzler (in the darker scenario rinzler takes becks disk and that’s why he has two). I dunno that’s just some of my thoughts on how the rest of the show could have gone if we got a season two.

Yeah Clu is one of my favourite film villains period. He's such an interesting character.

I just love how Clu has a 5th generation Light Cycle in 1989 when the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation Light Cycles were popular among ISO’s and Basics.

Disney only needs to bring original Directors and CGI team back. There are really good professional voice artist (actors) that can do voices and handle the rest.
This show needs a revive.

1. This is a bloody good Bridges impression considering it isn't him.
2. I adore this art style. Yes, the gangliness takes a bit of getting used to, but I like that's it's not the "Knockoff Anime" style everything goes for now. It's like bits of animation from the States, Europe and Japan all rolled into one, and there's almost definitely other styles in there that I'm not clued (PUN!) up on enough to see.
Clu is the only one that looks human in this kind of animation compared to the other characters.
Dyson looks relatively normal.

Im sorry if thinking Tron has perfect films, but NO ONE COULD EVER MAKE ANYTHING LIKE TRON.

I find it pretty striking, the contrast between the surreal, exaggerated faces of the programs, and the human appearance of CLU. It really indicates status.

You know, as awesome as of a show as this was, it's also kinda sad since we know how it ends. The uprising fails, Beck is killed off (having seen enough shows, it probably would've been a very heroic death), and Tron is repurposed.
Speaking of which, I always wondered if Beck had been just slightly too late at the end. Granted Tron was no Rizzler, but at the same time I felt like something was off about Tron.
Is uprsing a prequel series to legacy? Or is it its own seperate universe?

I made a Cyrus one a few weeks ago i planned to upload it but youtube wouldn't let me as i used to much from the show that's how much cyrus scenes there are so i'll probably cut it into 2 parts

Legacy movie was good but felt cliché at many points, losed it's grip in some points, and felt rushed even though it wasn't.
While uprising on the other hand was actually rushed at the end but still didn't feel bad and had top CGI of that time and is still one of the best CGI technique till date, voice acting is amazing, direction is superb. The only reason it's underrated is because it was launched on a new and not so known channel of that time and the movie failed to amaze huge mass of people.
In short uprising was actually better than legacy and need to be revived.

a shame this never get a season 2 it clearly have a incredible art style and the story was ok and pretty interesting at some point
1:10 was the first time we saw Flynn with actual armor on since the original 1982 film. I like the simplicity of it and how it contrasts to Clu’s more….can’t really think of the word but I’m thinking over the top or uneven or erratic

My hope is to see a 2nd and even am 3rd season where Tron and Beck go to other Grid Cities recruiting members for the Uprising. And there are so many cities in the Grid: Argon, Purgos, Bostrum Colony, Bismuth Station, Gallium, Arjia, Tron City... and who knows others...

He is indeed Tron and Clu both are Disc Resistant, not disc immune.
They explained a bit in the extras of movie Legacy.
Yes disc can hurt both of them but not kill them.

Something might have happened to it. Don’t know what. Tried to search it, but his didn’t come up.
I always found the many different possibilities of where this show could go if it could continue curious. On one hand we already know two outcomes: Clu maintains his firm grasp on the grid and that tron eventually becomes rinzler as a result of repurposing. With that in mind I often imagine where the story goes with perhaps beck taking the others with him to safety once clu invades argon and slowly started taking the city apart, while tron does his best to buy time believing himself to be capable of fending off many of clu’s forces after being fully healed. This goes on for some time with beck struggling to keep the Revolution going working with tron and they do succeed in some missions but it always feels like they take a step forward but then they are forced two steps back. Eventually tron does get his rematch with Dyson, winning and derrezing him and taking his disk (explaining why rinzler has two though I have a darker scenario of how later). Seeing a possible chance to end it all tron confronts clu but is somehow defeated and captured and eventually turned into rinzler. Beck during this time was doing his best to keep his friends safe and gather more forces to help, finally returning he sees a figure in black with a red glowing T on his chest and beck realizes that the worst has happened and so he resolves to fight his former mentor all the while holding back and trying to reach him… until he is cut down by rinzler (in the darker scenario rinzler takes becks disk and that’s why he has two). I dunno that’s just some of my thoughts on how the rest of the show could have gone if we got a season two.
