- Divorce is never easy, and when it comes to celebrity divorce, public attention is added to the whole nightmare that follows the process. Of course, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s split is certainly no exception. Even though their legal battle has already lasted years, there's a little chance that new participants of the case, like Tesla CEO Elon Musk and actor James Franco, end up testifying in the court case against Amber Heard?
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, James Franco and Elon Musk were subpoenaed on October 26, 2021. They were ordered to “produce the books, record, electronically stored information and tangible things designated and described” - including “verbal conversations, telephone calls, letters, emails, memoranda and reports” - by January 17, 2022. As we have already spoken in details about James Franco being dragged to the case in the previous video (if you haven’t seen it, you definitely should), in this episode we are going to reveal all the details about Elon Musk’s who once challenged Johnny Depp to a cage fight.
Johnny Depp’s legal team is interested in speaking with Elon Mus kand James Franco because they may have a really important information that can help the case going. Here is an official Adam Waldman’s (JD’s lawyer) statement: “We are interested in James Franco and Elon Musk as fact witnesses because we have evidence they are men who saw Amber Heard’s face in the days and nights between when she claimed Mr. Depp smashed her in the face on May 21 and when she went to court with painted on ‘bruises’ to obtain temporary restraining order on May 27”.
The Tesla billionaire Elon Musk has been involved in Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s case once again and this time around his connection to Amber/Johnny drama is a little bit different than previously. In short, Elon Musk has been involved to the entire scandal because he dated Amber Heard after the former couple’s split. Elon was first dragged into the dispute last year when Johnny Depp issued subpoena against him. This was part from a separate legal battle between the former couple in the US.
But what does Elon have to do with everything that happens on the first place? Well, Elon Musk and Amber Heard had a short-lived romance after her marriage to Johnny Depp collapsed in 2016. However, though JD repeatedly has alleged that Elon and Amber Heard were romantically involved while before their split. Elon Musk has always denied these claims and even joked last summer about settling things with Johnny Depp in a “cage fight” when his name kept coming up at the ongoing UK libel trial.
Moreover, when Amber and JD’s relationship began to fall apart, Amber was trying to get a restraining order against Johnny Depp and when she decided to this, she shared her thoughts about it with Elon Musk. After she revealed him her thoughts, he offered to pay and provide her with 24-hour security. Moreover, the High Court was told that Elon Musk became a regular late-night visitor to Amber Heard monthly. And allegedly, it all started way back in 2015. And you probably remember that ‘triangle’ scandal, involving Elon Musk, Amber Heard and British supermodel Cara Delevingne.Well, so many views and opinions. He messes with Johnny's wife, in Johnny's own home, then has the nerve to challenge him to a cage fight, knowing full well that Johnny's not aggressive and not a fighter, but good ol Micky Rourke stepped up and said he'd take Johnny's place, I guess Elon didn't want to go there, especially since Micky Rourke is a real boxer. I commend Micky for being such a great guy to want to stop someone from bullying another person.

Think of narcs in other places especially in politics, business, church officials, private and government offices, the music and film industry, right inside our homes etc. Narcissists destroy people around them especially partners, and members of the family.

Watching this and her stern face as she proclaimed having loved this man. She knew all of his struggles in which we have just been enlightened to. My goodness that is not love for a spouse especially Sharing those struggles with you.
I don't know anything of Depp and have watched maybe a total of 3 or 4 of his movies. I do know the emotional struggles of childhood trauma and dealing with manipulative parents, unnattentive parents and parents with substance abuse, physical, and emotional abuse. I normally would never be intrigued to a personal case as this, however hearing Mr. Depp speak had intrigued me beyond measure.
I became diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and fought it from 2017 to 2020. I relapsed. I almost passed away from liver infection under immunosuppressive drugs. I also dealt with a great deal of pain for years. I had no idea as well that taking oxycodone would evoke an addiction in the manner they do. I was 35 when I became ill. Maybe that seems naive but I thought of addiction as a mind thing. The way he describes his addiction is exactly what I went through one 4 day weekend when I no longer had the pain meds I had been taking throughout cancer. I was terrified. I though I was dying from the withdrawals. I have never touched drugs besides Marijuana before in my youth. He is one hundred percent ..... has to be one of the most intelligent and most humble people in that kind of business.
The way he described going back to his youth and only being able to do what je had done with his mother....which was try to excerpt himself from the situation. It is 100 percent how people with trauma deal with that stress. They go back to what they know. I know for a fact that's what happens because I would shut myself away from everything and think on anything to distract from abusive behavior like a hermit. I still cannot take being spoken to loudly or arrogantly from a male due to it being a trigger. I have to remove myself from them. I have to go and find my peace.
I can't imagine a spouse using my greatest weaknesses that he knows to be true and delicate for me as a prodding knife so to speak to push me into either submission or depression.
I have to speak out in support of this man. I think he honestly wanted to treasure her and to help once into the relationship even after the red flags....because people who have suffered a great deal are usually messed up for life or they either take the other role as a fixer or a caregiver....his history previously with his exes and mother of his children clearly speak to the fact that he was not the former. However Miss Heard strikes me as mentally unstable and abusive both mentally, and physically. I believe his coping methods for the mental abuse set her off more and it turned into her abusing Mr. Depp physically as well. I sincerely hope that the jury selected sees this as evident as so many of us out here that have lived the same type of life in that sense as he has, and done it extremely humble and successfully might I add. I didn't know of Mr. Depp that well, but I am definitely a supporter of him now and I wish him all the best in his future of endeavors. He deserves as we all do to ha e a sense of security from those demons with a supportive circle of family, friends, and acquaintances at his side. My eyes are being opened so much more to the effects of abuse no matter a gender of a person. I'm very deeply upset for Mr. Depp, and anyone going through this type of ordeal. My hope is for restoration of what he has lost. I hope that Miss Heard seeks help for herself. No normal person would hurt another individual in this way.
Kesha Mills, I agree with EVERYTHING YOU SAID ABOUT Johnny Depp! Watching this trial has shown me how gentle and kind Johnny really is! NOT to mention how abusive and wounded both Johnny and Amber are from past childhood issues! I sure hope Johnny wins his case! I have been through years of therapy because my childhood abuse from both of my parents! I have PTSD and I can't be around loud or aggressive people!
