I was just 14 and this video came on while watching the Donny & Marie show. I was so mesmerized I could not hear anything around me (my family yelling at me to move my head) Until someone hit my shoulder hard. I was completely drowning in a pool of beautiful wonder. I know...its sickening. But I have been a serious fan ever sinse, and got to actually meet her on a few occasions. photos and video do not even compare to how she really looks in person. Inside and out she is the most beautiful.

The song "Paper Roses" was originally a hit by the bigoted "pie in her face" Anita Bryant. Yeah, we all know that Marie covered this song; however, it makes my blood curdle when I hear it...........reminds me of Anita Bryant! Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
