I'll continue to use it on skin spots and toes, rough areas, here and there, but after 6 months of use, I admit it's a bit disappointing. Don't be overly hopeful.

@@lschwaier everyone has fluff/peach fuzz ("vellus hair") all over. It's visible in direct sunlight and gets thicker or thinner with age.
That's awesome that it worked so well for your lashes and brows! 😊 But I totally get the fluff issue-it’s like your face got the memo to grow more hair everywhere! 😅 Maybe try using it just on those specific areas to avoid the extra fuzz?

Some folks have put a few drops in their belly button. If you do that start out very slow with one drop at a time for a week then move up to two drops etc. I use it on my face a few drops then I rub my eyes.

How does one use liquid Caster Oil for constipation relief? I bought a small bottle of liquid caster oil advertised for constipation relief, but on the bottle, it clearly stated *for external use only* Could I still dilute it in water and drink it as help for constipation relief?
You need to get the one for internal use.

It assists, however, I needed to increase the amount of the dose. I don't know why though.

Organic hexane free in a dark bottle can be used internally even though it says for external use only, I have consumed it many times, tablespoon undiluted.
