Great house - DJA really know what they're doing. Great presentation (thorough and knowledgeable) and great cinematography, too (especially the shot upstairs following the presenters outside - really captures the drama of the view). I love the outtakes at the end - a nice balance to a polished video. Terrific job to everyone involved
Yes it would. Right now the average global temp is rising but even at the rate it's climbing the effect on the ocean level would still take about a century. In other words, it won't be the problem of the people alive right now. That's what these people are hoping for, at least.
@@roseoverdose6451 It's not that they didn't think of it, it's that they don't care. The practical effect of an ocean rising will take a century or so.
There's a big forestry industry in BC, and a common way to move wood is via water. Seasonal storms, erosion, and tides can dislodge logs from log booms and deposit driftwood along the shores.
@ Thank you for responding. The Nina fan club misses her. Thank you for your videos as well. I thought maybe something happened to her. Glad all is well and she is fine.
I'll give credit where its due. This kid is great at his job. A++ presentation. Good job Cameron, looking forward to more from you.

I miss Nina 😅 but the kid with the wild hair did do a good job.
what if sea level rise, would this property be flooded?
oh damn! they must not have thought of that!
I think that's exactly why they've put so many trunks on the beach to block the waves
@@Raghav_Lall i thought the same reason

100ft of wood frontage......where´re all these trunks comming from? Really nice home
I think they've been put there on purpose to block the waves. Without them the waves would literally reach the living room
