    I’ve owned the RC-300 for a couple years now. This is by far the best demonstration I’ve watched to simply start jamming. Every one else seems to make it entirely too complicated. Nice job 🤘

      Hi Luke, Did you find that you like the 300 ? Is it simply RECORD until you want to stop and then that part repeats then it goes into OVER-DUB automatically. I love my RC-30 that works that way without having to "program" everything. Thx Luke.

      @@piperofsimms hmmm yes I think it is, it will loop back to the beginning automatically from where you stopped it. if you have record selected it will record for you each time and play it back the next loop

    I own this pedal, it is awesome, but requires a considerable amount of reading and reference to manuals tutorials etc. in order to get the most from it. It is at first, slightly overwhelming, if you are a technophobe like me, but stick with it, and you will reap it's rewards.

    • @davedemers7293
      @davedemers7293 4 года назад +1

      @@thestonecutters6177 Yes; you can do e.g. verse on track 1, chorus on track 2, bridge on track 3 as per ruclips.net/video/1VM2cvr0Wu0/видео.html. I am an intermediate player and love this thing. The recording of course exposes my technique :-) so I need to get my chords formed and strummed right. I've started using the effect of guitar -> bass (i.e. an octaver effect) to lay down real bass lines. Right now, pretty much every day I'll put in a 12-bar in some random key, first chords, then bass. Then noodle through minor pentatonic for a while. Can practice turnarounds, quick change, 12/8 feel with triplets vs 4/4. Practicing finding some licks here and there over the scale. All of a sudden two hours have gone by and 95% of it was me playing :-) :-)

    You can also overdub on each individual track. If you choose to erase the last additional recording, instead of pushing the two pedals at the same time to erase the track, push and hold down the play/record pedal only. when it flashes, the last recording is erased. Keep in mind that there are many variations which will have you decide if you want to change tracks on "immediate," or "Loop end." Loop end will allow you to push the next track and immediately after your first track is finished, the next track will start. The beat/rhythm will be perfect timing where as "Immediate." if you push the pedal early or late. your rhythm timing will be off.

      Hey Sean. I set my tracks for "single track Play, ON and\ change "Immediate, to "Loop end," using the "memory button." select each individual track, setting them at "Loop," not " One Shot," and I play, let's say G,D.C chord sequence on track 1 and stop. I will play, say, the chorus on the 2nd track and stop. Track 1 will continue to loop so you only have to play G,D.C once. When you are ready to switch to track 2, push the pedal and after track one is finished it will automatically go to track 2... and vice versa. same with track 3 if you add that.

    I like the simplicity of this
    I’m wondering if you can start/stop/rec as easily on the new rc600 or if you have to press a track select button to move between tracks . If so that could make it quite tedious
    I just asked this question on other RUclips channels about the rc600
    “ I have a question 🙋‍♂️
    As an example , Let’s say you have recorded guitar parts on 3 different tracks
    Can I turn these on and off at any time just by pressing on the main buttons at the bottom or do I have to press the track select button to move over to a specific track before I can turn it on or or off ? “

    Couple questions if you don't mind. 1) If you are not using the effects, is this just a direct pass through of the sound that you are putting into it? 2) Can you run it so you do a 1 measure beat on track 1 and then do a 4 measure recording of say a bass line on track 2 and 3 AND can you have track 1 in sync with track 2 and 3 BUT have track 2 and 3 in serial with each other so you can have an A and B part with the beat of track one playing on both? 3) how do you erase a recording on the top most layer of a single track? Thanks :)

    I am interested in buying one of these. I want to know if I can send audio from my PC to the looper. I have Native Instruments Guitar Rig on my PC and was wondering if I can output to the looper? I would really appreciate some guidance please. Thanks

      Should be fine, computer audio out to aux in on 300. You'll need to see how best to set up the sync. I can't give specifics but thefe are a number of inputs on the 300 and I have used cubase, drum pads etc all linked. Download the user manual and you'be able go seesome working setup examples
