- Authorities pursued high-speed robbery suspects Angeles County on Friday night.
At least four suspects were inside the vehicle. The pursuit started in Bakersfield and officers followed the suspect into L.A. County.
The driver was seen driving erratically through narrow roads and busy intersections hitting speeds of up to 100 miles per hour before the vehicle went off-road and the suspects took off running.

The state gov't is trying to abolish police dogs. They don't want dogs to give chase, corner or attack any suspects.
One of the reasons given, was so patently CONDESCENDING to black people. It make me want to throw up.
Why is it, that no one brings up the fact that a person has the option of NOT COMMITTING A CRIME, in the first place?!
Why do you want to send dogs out to attack people? Why would you risk an innocent dog being shot or stabbed by a criminal just so you can enjoy watching it bite them?
You do know why they started using police dogs in the first place to hunt humans down like animals and it has everything to do with race.
The dogs should be drug and bomb detection, not weapons. Dogs that bite humans cannot be placed with families safely and cannot tell who is innocent and who is guilty. That is why you applaud and think it's wonderful and perfect that they attack innocent bystanders and you don't think there's anything wrong with a dog so aggressive that it just attacks someone who they're not chasing after.
@@MellowMaromipolice dogs preserve officer lives. Many officers would be dead without the effort of their K-9. Yeah the dog is the sacrifice but that’s just a harsh reality we have to except. It’s amazing to me that some people value a dogs life over a human. I love my dogs but if I were in a burning house and had to choose between my sister and my dogs, I am choosing my sister. Police officers choose their lives and ultimately their families as much as it hurts to lose their K-9.

Where these dogs are essential to the capture of fugitives and the dogs are not deployed ONLY against black and brown people.
LEO's are now weighed down with multiple pounds of gear. And we have witnessed multiple times when suspects exit a car during a car chase, and run amok all over a neighborhood. Getting into innocent people's yards and HOMES. Trying to hide in places that officers can't go.
The K-9s are not deployed on innocent bystanders. They are especially trained, and don't bite innocent bystanders or people are not engaged in or a part of a criminal pursuit.
I don't know what perfect world you've lived in, where there isn't any violence, or escaped convicts, or people who have run from officers after engaging in brazen and violent armed robberies and other felonies.
Dogs are faster, and more practical under those circumstances.
These dogs, and the horse officers that are part of the police force, are amazing and very smart.
They engage also in the search and rescue of the missing and endangered. They can do a lot.
It's best of office holders learn all of this, before they try to abolish such necessary support for the ENTIRE STATE.
