Thanks for the video bro. Learning all I can about Kokanee. I do have a question, was that a flatfish you’re we’re using for lakers or a tube? Couldn’t tell. Thanks again!
@@TMO1007 Thanks for the kind words! The kokes have been tough to figure out this year so I haven’t been to confident in a quality video and I don’t like putting out videos just to put out a video! Maybe this weekend!
Yes. In a perfect world you’d have your kicker at about 1.0 mph on its own. The electric on enough to easily do s turns, steer away other boats, be able to easily increase/decrease your overall speed, etc. I used to run just the electric but it can eat up batteries pretty good. Electric is great for hitting auto pilot to stay straight while fighting fish and resetting gear too.
@@TrentWilliamsOutdoors1 unclenormsmarineproducts.com/products/minnow-fin-for-outboard-trolling-motors Totally changed my trolling. Now I only use the autopilot with the motor with the prop not even on. Its amazing. Before I used to have to have the prop spinning to steer with the trolling motor. I have the trolling motor networked with my fish finder and trolling the exact routes I punch in is where its at.
Great. Video. Its nice to see a train wreck or two like a real day of fishing instead of everything cleaned up. Beautiful fish too. Thanks Trent.
Thank you for the kind words Steven!
What a sweet setup! I'd spend all day out there with conditions like that!
Thank you!!
Wow, were some beautiful kokos! Awesome on the bonus lakers! Thank you, really enjoyed your content!
Thank you Leka!
Just came across your video, thanks for sharing the footage. Do you tip your lure with anything like corn or worms? Or add any kind of scent?
Yes. Always! I use different stuff depending on the day. Usually start with corn nowadays.
U did good
Thank you!
Awesome, thanks for the tips!
This was last year's info. However, it's still a great starting place! :) . Thanks for watching!
Indeed! Just trying to learn all I can. I'm going their for the first time in 20 years. 🙏

Great video. We’re headed up for a few days in a couple of weeks. Really appreciate the tips!
You bet! Glad you enjoyed it.
Nice video. Thanks
Thank you Will.
Man you guys are lucky to have Kokanee like that. You call those small, those would be trophy size here in Western Washington.
we are definitely blessed!
They’re a bit smaller than normal
Pink and green wedding ring has been pretty consistently my go to. But a pink hoochie with a smile blade has done well so far this year.
It definitely got off to a weird start!
@@TrentWilliamsOutdoors1 for sure, trout are a little late getting to the ramp. At least laker fishing is finally picking up again.
Great job Trent! Looks like I gotta get down there soon buddy. Beautiful day to be on the glass!
Thanks pal. Yea you do!
Great video trent. Maybe one day I'll be able to fish that place more on the soft water. Them kokes are beauties

Nice job of juggling poles and cameras... not so much on the fish! :-)
Haha! Thanks Mike
IT'S UNBEARABLE TO WATCH? TAKE OFF THAT CLICKER!
Glen, I tried to remember! It’s UNBEARABLE to try and steer the boat, run the camera, and fish without the clicker! Thanks for the comment :)
Dude nice Kansas City Chiefs hat! Haha jokes
Boooooo!
