  • Wrexham FC have had their EFL League one fixtures announced this morning. Paul Mullin will face off against the goalkeeper who punctured his lung in the USA last year. Nathan Bishop has signed on loan to Wrexham FC's first opposition team, Wycombe Wanderers.
Wrexham FC will meet a lot of big teams including Bolton Wanderers and Birmingham City in the first eight weeks.
Phil Parkinson has said a home game was a huge bonus in our first season in EFL League one.
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have not made any comments yet.

Going to be an interesting season.
May comments were made that WXM was building a L1 club. Guess we'll see how well they've built that team now that they are in L1.

As long as we have a better start than last season! I really don't want to lose our first game at home.

We really need to booster our team with new players. midfielders and defenders. i think we pretty good on forwards at the moment.

I’m not sure. We need someone up front with Mullin really. I’d like to see a centre half and forward. I’m not too keen on Palmer, his form is inconsistent.

@@WrexhamAFCfanzone Mullin is not so different. in my opinion, we can move McClean up to be a proper winger on the left, same with Mendy on the right side, I know everyone saying he's proper side is same as McClean, but I always see him preforming better on the right side than the left. maybe it's just me, but if you look at his goals last season and performance, he does better on the right side.
anyway, basically we need a proper 4-3-3 or even better, I would go for a 4-2-3-1 or something like that.

Parkinson is a great manager, he's done so well for the club but he is also a man who is very stuck in his ways when it comes to tactics and formations. I think that was one of the main gripes last season, especially when we were performing poorly.

Finally! Another person who realizes the defense is what needs help! Thank you!

@@WrexhamAFCfanzone I trust Parky's experience as a manager to know if his players are not performing well that just changing formations and tactics may not be the answer like fans often seem to think.

Looks like Wrexham FC will need to cover some serous miles next season. Wonder if Ryan can borrow the 'Blackbird' from X-Men? Or does anyone in Wrexham know the Tracy family? If they do, maybe they can score Thunderbird Two for the club tour bus!😂

They quite often fly from Hawarden airport to places down South. It is a small local airport which is part of British Aerospace, about 9 miles from here. It mostly has the massive Beluga plane coming in, transports massive wings back and to. But some private jets also use it.

@@WrexhamAFCfanzone Have seen the Beluga and the C5 Galaxy at airshows, but only flybys, not on the ground. I know Wrexham is a fair distance away, but have you ever been to the Mach Loop in Wales? It is set in the valleys, between Dolgellau, and Machynlleth in Snowdonia National Park I think? One of my bucket list items.
