I found your channel last month and after struggling with a dwindling interest in bullet journalling over the last few years, your videos really inspired me to start an art journal. I have done a page every day for the last 50 days and it has been a great experience. I love this idea! I’m not an “artist” but I love playing around with it. I would never keep up with a sketchbook, but I make a ton of lists, and it’s such a smart way to combine the two without feeling pressured ious about anything.
Legend , thankyou so much for showing!! I must say you’re very neat with your to-do lists, mine are totally chaotic. I love how freeing it is to art over memos, glad you do too. Can’t find favourite supplies, thinner paper- I feel your pain!😢 although I’ve found more collage is one solution. I once made a sketchbook with thicker paper, and didn’t like how the collaged pages ended up as thick and hard as plywood after only three layers of newspaper😂

I love using thicker paper sketchbooks but the problem is they get so HEAVY 😭
